I was nice hotel. With alot of shisha bar and restaurant near to metro also and blue mosque.

Breakfast was excellent, staff very friendly,we requested to upgrade our room they did free of charge .

If you drive..be prepared to find autopark nearby..i have bad experiences in driving at night to find this hotel location..since route in front of hotel is closed...room is small..location is good..for me not really worth the money since you can find better stars hotel with this price..breakfast is good

Fantastic location near the ferry piers and tram line in bustling Istanbul giving good access to all parts of the city and old town easily walkable. Highly recommended for families as a stay includes access to swimming pools, hot tub and spa facilities which is essential for a summer break and tired legs, however, there were some areas of maintenance to attend for safety but overall we had a great time staying here. There is a rooftop pool with panorama views over water and city. The breakfast area is well stocked and can get very busy so best advised to come down a little earlier to get a seat. The staff are helpful and friendly, as can be said for the Turkish people of Istanbul in general. Many thanks for Habiba and Mehmet (hope names are right) who helped us find a taxi when our original arrangements fell through.

Hotel close to many restaurants and the breakfast is very good。Toom is small but clean 。

The location is good. True, they settled us in a room on the first floor, in the end it was a semi-basement. The food is good and tasty. The food on the street is more expensive than in the hotel restaurant. You can safely eat here. There is a cafe on the roof with gorgeous views. And I would also like to note the guys at the reception, they are always ready to help, responsive! Overall, positive impressions of the hotel

Not a bad hotel, friendly staff. Cleaning every day, breakfast from 7 to 10. The rooms are of course small, I would like to be larger. There were no bathrobes in the room.

Room was dusty Mattress had blood stains on it Even when the sheets were changed, the duvet was loose Towels filthy Service lousy Constant discussion about incorrect information provided by staff. Definitely not recommended!
