My stay at this hotel was amazing! The location is excellent – everything is nearby, which is especially useful if you’re visiting Istanbul for the first time. The breakfast is also great, with plenty of options and high-quality food.....

A great hotel. Perfectly situated for all the main sites in Sultanahmet. Staff are amazing and do everything they can to make the stay a perfect one. Reception staff are on hand 24 hours a day. They helped print off my tickets for various sites as I didn’t have internet outside the hotel. Nothing was too much trouble. Eating places all very near by.

Just returned from a week staying at this hotel. The staff were always welcoming and always happy to help. Ayşe and Hilal always made sure all our needs were catered for. The rooms were cleaned daily. My only complaint is the hotel boasts of a roof top terrace which unfortunately is not used. Maybe that picture should be taken off the brochure as that was one of the reasons I booked the hotel. Nevertheless very considerate staff and a great stay.

Me and my friend had a lovely time in Antis when we visited Istanbul. The Hotel staffs were very lovely, helpful and friendly. I am sorry to forget the name of the Man at the reception who helped us navigate on our first day in Istanbul. The Cruise dinner with show that he recommended was absolutely fantastic. I don’t mind the space in the room about as it is functional and clean. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were good. I slept well. The Hotel is near the town centre mainly 5 minutes to all sightseeing. The rooftop view was good too and really nice to relax in the evenings.

Excellent location and friendly staff. Ayse was lovely and helped us plan trips and gave some great advice. Excellent breakfast and good value for money. Hotel is clean and the room is cleaned daily. Close to blue mosque and Aya Sophia. Central to other amenities.

The location of this hotel is amazing, just 5 minutes walk from the blue mosque and Hagia Sophia. The reception staff were amazing, especially Aysha , she helped plan all our trips. The rooms are a bit dated and worn, but would still come back here

Pros 1. Excellent location 2. Friendly staff (mostly) 3. Nice free breakfast Cons 1. Dangerous if you have children - the stairs are very steep and the door locks are overided when using the door handle from the inside meaning young children could escape the room and potentially fall down the marble steep stairs (we had to use suitcases against the door) 2. The rooms are outdated...we had a very loud extractor fan in the bathroom which would wake the children. There were exposed wires in the bathroom and random holes in places... 3. The rooms are not soundproofed, we were constantly woken by the loud trains and other guests. 4. They only have one highchair so we were not able to use one for majority of our stay as it was always in use by another family. I wouldn't recommend this hotel if you are travelling with young children

Lovely and clean hotel. Staff were polite and helpful. Nice, safe and friendly area. Lots of restaurants and supermarkets close by. Within walking distance of Blue Mosque, Aya Sophia and Topkapi Palace. We chose a superior room which gave us a good view over the Marmaris Sea and the mouth of the Bosphorus.

We stayed in the Antis hotel in Istanbul. When we booked, the photos of the hotel made it look lovely. It said rooftop terrace. The bedrooms looked lovely. When we got there we didn’t even have a chest of drawers to put our clothes in. We lived out of our suitcases for the week. We had a very slim wardrobe which just about fitted a couple of my dresses and a coat. The bedroom itself was nothing like the photos on the internet. One small window overlooking the restaurant across the road. We couldn’t open the curtains because people across would have seen right into our rooms. The bathroom was so tiny you couldn’t even brush your teeth properly. The shower coming from the ceiling didn’t work. It looked like mould in the shower rose. It had a shower hose on a riser which was so low we had to use it like a hand held shower. The walls were so thin you could hear conversation from the rooms either side When we asked about the room were told that we should’ve asked for the suite rooms. When we booked through lastminute.com they gave no choice for other rooms. The pictures only showed the better rooms. Not the dingy rooms we were given. The breakfast was disgusting. We had to eat out every morning. We paid for breakfast so we were in fact paying double. The roof top bar was never open. It looked like it had been abandoned. Last minute.com have misled their clients with the representation of this hotel. It is advertised as a four star hotel. This isn’t even two star. We also both woke with red lumps on our body. I couldn’t even begin to think what was biting us. This hotel was abysmal. We paid a lot of money for an absolute hovel. I would advise anyone to not book this hotel. There are plenty of hotels in sultahnamet. Keep away from this one.

The room is small but clean, the bathroom would Be better but it is clean too BUT the position is perfect to visit all the main attraction and people at reception are SUPER. The girl was very kind and the man helped me to find my reflex that i forgot on a taxi. He did a lot more than I expected

Stayed 4 nights in early October 22. Hotel is clean and reasonably spacious, but probably needs updating. Breakfast was good and varied over the days we stayed. When we booked we were under the impression that there was a Bar and Restaurant and neither was open, there are plenty of choices of both nearby, but we tend to like a drink in the Hotel before dibber etc. Having said that the location is fantastic, come out of the hotel, turn left and within 5 minutes you are at the Blue Mosque and all of the other major sites are also very close. Turn left out of the Hotel and go under the bridge, within 5 minutes you are on the banks of the Sea of Marmara. Enjoyed the stay, it is a budget hotel, so take the rough with the smooth.

Crushed pillows, very small bathroom with mold on the shower tray, the shower head was disgusting to see, I asked for a room change because everyone was heard talking when they entered and left the hotel and on the street there were people and cars, the The shower tray does not drain the water and it flooded when I showered. In the second room that was changed, the doors did not close properly and I had to slam the doors, the doors slamming woke me up. One day I went up to the bar upstairs and there was no one there because the waiter was free, they don't put anyone as a substitute, the breakfast is always the same, eggs, omelettes, scrambled eggs, boiled eggs and cheese..... the only good thing was the coffee, the rooms are not cleaned well, the sheets are left for long periods of time. days, when opening the sheets the first night there was hair on the pillow and on the sheets, wouldn't they change them for another client I imagine, terrible cleaning, a four star hotel? Come on, two stars and at most, the breakfast guy was charming and the girl at the reception was charming, the rest, fatallll, even in the part of my rooms there was no elevator I had to carry my suitcase up myself.

A beautiful, clean hotel in an excellent location and with a very good breakfast. It offers all the classic services in the city (transfers, tours), we took advantage of the boat tour on the Bosphorus, very honest price, punctuality, everything was fine! The staff obviously gives maximum availability for everything and speaks English very well (not a given)
