Hotel assigned an awful room M1 for me the 1st night, which was dirty, smell, door lock not working, noisy etc…. Luckily give me the next room for the rest of the journey

Great hotel with short walk to tram and bus to airport, not to far from tourist sites, walkable or take tram, tram goes straight to port, breakfast in hotel was ok, staff very friendly and informative, breakfast is served top floor where there is also a bar.

It was a great experience in Istanbul. At first glance the room was small and a bit old, but the service was brilliant. They cleaned the room every day, we had new slippers every day, the hot water was perfect and the breakfast was delicious, as well. The melon and the watermelon were really sweet and tasty, thank you! The reception is always there to help, we had a great Russian speaking manager who always talked to us and asked how our day was like. Unfortunately, we didn’t take any excursions because we are experienced enough to travel on our own , but they offer different kinds of entertainment, just ask them. The location was perfect for us, we could reach each of the parts of Istanbul - we experienced all types of public transport - buses, trams, metro stations and even Marmaray which is also 10mins walk from the hotel. The exchange office near the hotel was the most beneficial of all we saw in the city, don’t hesitate to exchange there. But be careful - on Sundays they sell the local currency a bit cheaper than in the evening, and it’s better to buy liras on weekdays. And be careful with the city view - we booked the room with the city view - but we had a terrible view on the old building and the rubbish on the ground , that was a bit disappointing because we paid for this room more because of the view. And there was only one socket , it was really uncomfortable. We had at least two phones, two watches and earphones to charge every day.

The single room is really small with a small window and the TV doesn't function. The breakfast is good but it was the same everyday, perhaps staying for 2 nights is good enough.

Location is good. And staffs are all kind and friendly. Amenities are almost nothing but price is good! That’s enough

Quite nice hotel. Small one , but very clean. Breakfast is very tasty. Near aksaray metro station 5 min by walk , and near tram station 3 min . Recommend this hotel for short stay.

Well-located hotel, very close to everything. A fairly comprehensive breakfast with constant refills. The only downside was that we were on the ground floor, too much noise from the reception desk.

Despite the fact that the toilet door was difficult to close and the view from the window was on a large gray wall, and the furniture required updating, staying at the hotel brought a lot of positive emotions. First of all, I would like to note the friendliness and attentiveness of the staff. They treated us to tea, answered all questions, organized a fantastic excursion walk along the Bosphorus... In the spa - fantastic Aisha! Delicious breakfasts and excellent transport interchange (metro, tram within walking distance)

Классный отель, находится совсем рядом со станцией метро, остановкой шаттл-баса до аэропорта, остановкой трамвая м1, который едет до Топкапы. Из этой локации можно легко добраться куда угодно. Отель выглядит очень чистым и новым, номер крутой, комфортный, там есть все необходимое. Стойка регистрации круглосуточная, что для меня было решающим - прилетала ночью. Персонал вежливый. Завтрак тоже хороший, разнообразный. Рекомендую однозначно 👍🏼

Честно, не стоит своих денег абсолютно. Есть отели по лучше. Отель старый, сан узел оставляет желать лучшего. Кровать маленькая. Единственным плюсом является их персонал. Очень отзывчивые и приветливые. Остальное твердая 3/10.
