Flats Company - Karakoy Apartment

In general it was a good one… easy to find and just opposite to Halıç metro station…if you need to take the tram or ferry, you can walk 5 mins to Karakoy. Staffs were helpful. But after some time they were not available… overall, it was more like Airbnb style than hotel… but all cool.

Extremely helpful staff. They helped explain many things to us and made our visit easier. They even gave us an extra bed to put in the other room so we could sleep in separate rooms. Great, central location, near the tram and within walking distance of many tourist attractions.

Location wise it's good. It's a walking distance from Halic metro (＜ 5 minutes) and Karakoy tramway (＜10 minutes). It's a quiet property since the apartment is located along the alleyway. Hence, it is easier to book uber/taxi pickup point along the main street instead of the alleyway. We booked the apartment with Terrace which is spacious for 3 people. Room design was simple, decor was nice. Room was clean and had sufficient utensil/equipment/portable induction cooker for cooking. Wifi is strong. There's a bidet spray for my fellow bidet users. As our room were at the highest floor 4th, The shower area was slightly short so a tall person might have to bend when showering. Also there's no elevator to the 4th level, we had to use the short stairs down to 3rd level to be able to access the elevator Property host were fluent in English and helpful. They helped to carry our luggages up to our room and allowed early check in, which was appreciated. They are easily contactable via whatsapp if you have any issues/queries.

Amazing location very close to the Galata tower and bridge , self check-in. Nice kitchen amenities provided. Highly recommend!

thank you flat company - excuse the delay in putting the review online this was our third stay at the karakoy apartments we had book just as covid hit and kindly our lost booking was honoured in november this year 2022 the apartment are an economy stay they set in an area surround by hardware / builders stores that come alive early morning full of local bustle - with some small food shops and restaurants we have always felt safe journeying home in daylight and after dark they are local and within easy reach of so many places - galata - fatih - karakoy - two bridge over the bosphurous - endless backstreet shopping and eateries and bars - ferries to the islands - many of the famous tourist attractions - buses - trains - airport transfer plus plus there are a small amount of cooking utensils provided in each apartment it can be difficult to find alcohol (off licence) in some area so stock up if you see it - cork screw and bottle openers in rooms we have nothing be thanks to all the staff ( on each visit) for their kindness and their willingness to go the extra to help you enjoy your stay hope to be back soon there is so much to see and experience in istanbul again many thanks j and a

It is centrally located. Staff is extremely helpful and highly professional. price is reasonable. I highly recommend it
