Luxurious hotel, my mom is happy 🩵 the vacation was a success. Cleanliness above all, and the room with a river view is top-notch.

We stayed in a triple family room, it was very clean, and the linens were spotless and changed daily 👍👌. The breakfasts were good, with something new every day, and everything was delicious. The reception staff were great, always helpful and very pleasant; they understood Russian perfectly. I highly recommend it 💯. The area is historic with narrow streets, but everything is close by.

Everything was great, the location is perfect – just a 5-minute walk to the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff were very polite and attentive.

The staff was wonderful and friendly, the room matched the photos, the breakfast was delicious, and for the price, it was fantastic! It's located right in the center, we upgraded our room, and the balcony with a sea view is simply gorgeous! We loved everything!

Excellent hotel! The location is within walking distance of everything (Hagia Sophia, Topkapi, and the Blue Mosque). The breakfast was simply wonderful! We ate and went, and in the morning we were the first to enter all the sights without waiting in line! The hotel is clean, cleaned every day, and there's a kettle, drinking water, tea, and coffee—everything you need! We were given a room with a balcony and a sea view, and we watched the sunrise every day. The staff speaks Russian, which is very convenient for those who don't speak English. We were very satisfied!

The hotel is a little tired, but this is compensated by excellent service and a great location.

The hotel environment is warm, the rooms are clean and tidy, and it is very quiet. The transportation is convenient. The housekeeper Susie visited me again and said that I was very satisfied with my stay. I will come again next time!

Great hotel! The staff is fantastic! The room is clean, and they change the sheets and towels regularly. Delicious breakfasts. The location is perfect. I recommend it to everyone. ❤️

There is no sound insulation, when a neighbor slams the door, not only the neighbors in the room but also the floors below can be heard (((if you want to stay awake until the morning, then this is the hotel for you)

Отель маленький, не шумный. В номерах чисто. Уборка отличная. Немного устаревшая мебель и в душевой надо бы кое где плитку заменить, но это всё не критично. Местоположение отличное, всё достопреиичательнлмти в 2-5мтнутпх ходьбы. Завтраки сытные-гододными не останетесь. Персонал говорит на русском и английском. Мы останавливались на 2ночи.отель рекомендую.

The location is great. Two blocks from the Blue Mosque, tram and close to the Grand Bazaar. The staff were friendly, accommodating and helpful with suggestions.

The hotel was in a great location, staff very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were dated but clean, and the toiletries and towels were replenished daily, however our shower room was very cold and damp with black mould on the ceiling. The hotel was quite noisey on occaisions. The breakfast was ok apart from the hot breakfast which was never hot, but the cold breakfast was good and replenished well.

Mixed review, visited with friends and booked two deluxe rooms, on arrival we were told our rooms were not available until the next day so were put in two separate family rooms and moved the next day. Rooms were not exactly deluxe ,very basic and compact. Our bathroom had mould all over the ceiling and was freezing cold throughout our stay. That said the staff were helpful and very friendly ,location is close to all historic sites we wanted to visit. Breakfast was poor, the hot buffet was at most luke warm, choice was OK ish. But tbh I would not pay for it if its not included. Overalll a pleasant stay, would not return again to this hotel when I revisit the beautiful city of Istanbul.
