The rooms are really tiny and noisy. We couldn’t sleep during the night. The reception was not kind. It isn’t worth it at all I don’t suggest it at all you can choose better hotel in Istanbul. I don’t book this hotel in my future trip . It was a bad memories in my mind.

The hotel is very nice. It’s clean and neat. Also, it’s in a very good and convenient central location with many options and amenities. The stuff was kind and polite and they are trying to help you or give you informations with anything you want.Definitely a good choice to be close to bus, metro and tram stops. I’m sure I would prefer it again!

The hotel is located in the central neighborhood of Istanbul. We've stayed in Rafinn hotel with our friends to be close to the night clubs and also top tourist attractions. The owners and staff are polite and welcoming people. They speak russian, english and turkish pretty well, so it was easy to communicate with. They were very helpful during our stay. Rooms are small but perfectly designed and clean.

The best hotel I stayed in Taksim Square. Its most striking feature is that it is extremely clean and hygienic. It has friendly and courteous staff. It is impossible to forget the delicious breakfast and very soft beds here.

I did not got my Turkey visa to travel for vacation, but you made sure that when I canceled booking - you took all money like I was staying at your property, 100% you straight away removed. I tried to explain and seek for understanding but of course you do not care at all, you just care how to take money from people. I cannot imagine how many people needed to cancel booking because of traveling visa not approved and you took all money from them. This is a shame and disappointment. Booking was cancelled 5 days in advance, so maybe you should understand but of course not. You see cancelation from UAE and straight away take money, and now you do not want to refund . Such a shame, no words for my disappointment.

Ideal location, just 2 minutes walk to the most central and shopping street of Istanbul and also close to other historical attractions. Inexpensive cozy hotel, nice guys :)

At first I liked everything very much, until we saw bedbugs in the bed. One was caught, carried to the reception in a bag, the owner of the hotel was also there (there are two of them). Moved to another room, shook all the clothes. We did not see bedbugs in this room, but we woke up bitten. A couple of days later we were given another number again. We bought medicines at the pharmacy, the bites were very itchy, besides, the bugs live up to a year and a half and did not want to pick up an infection, it is not known who they had bitten before us. We remember this time with horror, we are really tired. In two rooms, the glass-matte partition to the bathroom was made in violation: you can’t see anything from the bath, but from the bed you can see everything that happens in the bathroom! Everything else is great, especially the staff.

Завтраки были восхитительные, с большим выбором блюд на любой вкус. Рекомендую этот отель всем, кто хочет ощутить истинное гостеприимство Стамбула. Обязательно вернусь снова!

Собачья прокуренная будка. Испортить впечатление о Стамбуле одним махом - это прям на пятерочку тут. Отвратительно, мб на одного на одну ночь - ок, но на 5 дней - ту мач. Очень не рекомендую. Тесно, неудобно, отколотая посуда, непонятно работающий кондицинер и прокурено.
