Büyükada Port Hotel

It was the most disgraceful hotel I have ever been to. The fiasco starts when you enter the hotel. Although we made a note in the reservation long before, we could not get a parking bed. They said that they only had one parking bed and it was broken and they shamelessly said ''this wouldn't be a problem'' and the receptionist made the decision for us. Later, we were faced with the answer ''how can we provide breakfast in the room for so many people because we made a reservation with the bed and breakfast concept?'' The breakfast itself consists of tomatoes, cucumbers, olives and cheese. We got the answer that it started to rain while we were having breakfast and the awning was broken and we could not close it. We wanted to use the common area toilets in the lobby, it was in a disgraceful state and had never been cleaned. As a result, you may come across a hotel that does not deserve the money you pay. Especially families with children should definitely stay away. It was a big lesson for us, we went to a hotel for the first time without paying attention to the comments and returned with great disappointment.

I can say it is the worst facility I have stayed in. Yes, there is a view but the rooms are very small, everywhere smells of food, breakfast is very limited, hygiene is bad, they didn't even put water in the room and when we asked why there was no water, they were so indifferent that they said we could buy it for money. There are much better places around, don't go there like we did, deceived by the room view.

Otel konum konsept ve temizlik olarak ***et iyi kahvaltı çok güzeldi. Tek sıkıntı odanın banyosundan gelen tahminimce kanalizasyon sisteminden kaynaklı bir koku olması onun dışında temiz bir oteldi diyebiliriz

Balkona çıkınca otelin mutfağından dayanılmaz bir balık ve yanmış yağ kokusuna maruz kalıyorsunuz, çıkamıyorsunuz. Odada ketıl yok. Oda çok küçük.

Tavsiye etmiyorum Yerler duvarlar kapılar yatak başlığı kirliydi. Kahvaltısı iyi değildi odanızda su kahve çay olmayacak bunları bilerek alım odanıza kahve ücretli isteseniz bile gelmeyecek ücretli kahve istememe rağmen gelmedi. Kupkuru bir oda asla tavsiye etmiyorum aldığı parayı asla hak etmiyor kul hakkına giriyorlar hizmet yok güleryüz yok müşteri memnuniyeti yok kaldığım en kötü oteldi diyebilirim

Çalışanlar çok guleryuzlu ve ilgiliydiler. Konum açısından çok güzeldi. Çok memnun kaldık.

Öncelikle beşik isteğimizi önceden belirmiştik gittiğimizde beşiğin olmadığını dediler neyse tmm dedik ..odanın tadilata ihtiyacı var her yeri dökülüyor ..banyo buz gibi elimizi zor yıkadık soğuktan..kahvaltı da bir tabakta ( en azından 2 servis acılabilirdi) klasik peynir zeytin bal reçel tereyağı geldi yani fotoğraflarla alakası yok ki zaten müşteri de yoktu bizden başka sanırım ..madem öle rezerve de almayın ..bebekle asla gelinecek bi otel değil..tavsiye etmiyorum

Kahbaltı ***et keyifli ve güzeldi , konum itibariyle de iyi bir yerde ama arka tarafa bakan en üst kattaki oda basıktı yatak çok rahat değildi.Tek gece için tercih edilebilir.
