It doesn't deserve even a one star. My room, apart from being very small, was very untidy; musquitos all over the place; humidified walls; the furniture demolished, the sheet ripped; the curtains were turned from white into brown because of the dust; very small and bad bathroom (so small, it was very uncomfortable to take care of physiological needs); not enough supply of essentials, extremely poor WiFi in my room; bad room isolation: from my room I could hear someone walking by in the corridor as if we were not seperated by walls. Bad costumer service. The recepsionist was very rude and not hospitable at all. The owner also, while I was asking him something, he kept laughing on his phone, rather than taking care of his clients. Very disappointed.

Holiday Inn Istanbul City, an exceptional hotel, IHG Group! We stayed there in June 2022, 9 days! ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS reception staff!!! We received, as it was my birthday, a business room of 55 square meters! With living room, bedroom, exceptional! Pool view! Also, the cleanliness is 100%! Very good location, right in the tram station, which has a separate line, so transport is not limited by road congestion. A bit disturbing is the fact that, sometimes, we had to leave the pool at 3 or 4 p.m. because sometimes they had wedding parties organized in the pool area. But these parties are very nice, not disturbing, because at 11 pm they were over. It is very easy to reach Florya beach, in approx. 30 minutes by MetroBus. We recommend!

Me and a friend had a very pleasant stay in the hotel. The staff is absolutely friendly and welcoming. Such helpful people. The hotel is amazing but the staff is another level! The staff who shows genuine interest in listening to the people, patiently explaining about the hotel, country and activities and always smiling. going extra miles to make the visitors happy. Great Hospitality by Mr Ulas, Mr. Aleaddin and Mr. Mehemat where they tried to afford many services to assure our satisfaction and to make our stay amazing. So many adventure tours around the area will make you busy for a week. The hotel is very clean, room is very nice. we had Would highly recommend Seven Room Old City Hotel to everyone. thank you for an amazing hospitality

The hotel is excellent for both location and value of money. No need to spend extra money for any additional activities such as SPA or swimming pool...etc. i was in a short business trip where coming to hotel at 11pm and leaving on 8am. The beds are very relaxing. The only issue was the room sizes but this usual in the region. The Marmaray station could be reached within 2 mins only by crossing the street directly opposite to the hotel, passing in the sub street next to the POLO Shop, then first right. Use the elevator till level -2 and ur be waiting the Marmaray either to Asian or European side. All local markets can be reached by walking distance. The staff is very friendly. A special thanks to Front desk Mustafa

Hotel at the embankment. The most noisy center of life. So noise, gam, trams, requests will be with you. Sleep in the beer. Room with 2 beds. The first thing we met at the entrance to the room is the smell of the sewer. As we were explained, it is the smell that pulls from Bosphorus. However, at the closed door to the bathroom, the portal to Bosphorus closed;). The room was actually not cleaned, only removed the garbage, once in 6 days changed the sheets and the wool. The towels changed every day, which is good, so they didn't dry. Towels are old, not ripped, for what thanks). The rooms are very tired, you can see that they did partial renovation, but the feeling of dirt and inconvenience did not leave. Mirrors and cuffs do not rubbish. Allergy to dust began and passed as soon as they left the room. Every day we put 2 bottles of water, which is good. The refrigerator worked badly, we needed to turn up, but we didn't care. The soul gel we spent on the first day and no more we added it, although we turned to the respiratory. I can't defamate the respiratory, Everyone was quite nice and smiley, but we didn't make any special claims. When we got a sink because of the fallen cap, we were quickly sent a plumber. The hotel was rented for $500 a week, it was so much and it was worth. It is not more expensive. Attention to tourists from Russia: on Ostrovok.Ru is declared as 4 stars, but the stars do not have exactly according to Travelocity and Booking, with which I fully agree. From a good view to Bosphorus, close to the bridge, nice workers, many tours are offered, Deliverable breakfasts (it is necessary about 8), chic (but dirty) panoramic windows, in which it is pleasant to watch the boiling urban life.
