GLK Premier the Home Suites & Spa

Sultan Ahmed Mosque Istanbul|0.12km from Little Hagia Sophia
We stayed at the glk home suites for 5 days. The location is close to everything just the hill to walk up to the main blue mosque square was a killer but well worth it. THE MAIN GUY AT RECEPTIONIST IS THE BEST ! I don’t even know his name but so helpful and honestly the best I’ve ever meet to help with everything. The breakfast is ok I won’t say it’s a 5 star hotel breakfast though it was the same things everyday (no fried eggs) only scrambled or boiled no cucumber so I won’t rate the breakfast highly but it’s ok to keep you going. Our room was small not to big but we was still ok with it the bath is not exactly big so if your skinny and short perfect tall and big built your legs will hang out on top :) CLEANERS EVERYDAY EVEN SUNDAY they did a fantastic job thank you.. the main thing is anything you buy in the hotel you pay more for including Turkish coffee came to about 45tl each 3 euros when outside just on the corner of the hotel you could have it for 25tl that was the only downside it’s very expensive inside the hotel. All together we had a great time there was some negative parts like breakfast been same things missing. Bath been very small rooms small a bit but other then that it was a great stay.. I don’t think I’ll ever stay there again because of that hill walk to go up was very steep if you have a pushchair or wheel chair it is very hard. The hotel offers pcr test for 200tl each person you could have it done around the corner for 119tl per person. One more positive note I ordered things online which was delivered to the hotel they always collected it for me not every hotel will except this thank you. We enjoyed our stay thank you GLK especially main guy at reception if we do ever come up it will be because of your great hospitality thank you guys …

Mula Hotel

Sultan Ahmed Mosque Istanbul|0.26km from Little Hagia Sophia
I recently had the pleasure of staying at Mula Hotel in Istanbul with my family, including two toddlers, and it was an experience I won’t soon forget. Nestled in the heart of the old Sultanahmet area, the location couldn’t be more ideal. It’s within walking distance of all the major attractions, offering a perfect blend of convenience and cultural immersion. The surrounding area is a food lover’s paradise, with an array of great restaurants offering local and international cuisine. Plus, the easy access to the tram makes exploring the city a breeze. The hotel itself is a gem. My room was not only beautifully appointed but also boasted a stunning sea view that added a special touch to our family stay. Waking up to the serene vista of the sea was truly a highlight. The hotel’s family-friendly atmosphere made our stay with toddlers smooth and enjoyable. However, what really sets Mula Hotel apart is its exceptional service. Every staff member I encountered was not just professional but genuinely warm and welcoming. Their constant smiles and readiness to assist at any hour truly made me feel valued and taken care of. From getting a bottle of water in the middle of the night to personal touches like waiters remembering my omelette preferences after just one day - every detail was noticed and appreciated. I must give special mentions to Ercan at the restaurant and Ilknur at the front desk. Their outstanding service and personal attention significantly enhanced my stay. Their professionalism and kindness reflect the hotel’s commitment to guest satisfaction. Coming from someone who travels significantly and has stayed in several fantastic properties across the world, I can confidently say that Mula is right up at the top, and a rarity among hotels. In conclusion, Mula Hotel is more than just a place to stay; it’s a destination that offers a memorable experience. Whether it’s the prime location, the beautiful rooms, the delicious food, or the unparalleled service, this hotel ticks all the boxes for an exceptional stay in Istanbul. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city, especially those traveling with family.

Sultan Ahmed Mosque
I have stayed in this hotel for ten days, and the location is really great! I can see the Sea of Marmara while lying on the bed. Listening to the calls of seagulls and crows, the admiration from the mosque downstairs is the most pleasant time I feel. The rooms are extremely clean and tidy, the service is in place, the owner is enthusiastic and patient, and the location is excellent!

Fantastic hotel. Staff so polite, welcoming and helpful, they bend over to please their clients, can’t ask for more. Amazing location, close to all the best places to visit. Really clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend. Will be back again. Loved it!

Good location, five minutes walk to the mosque. Hygiene is OK, basically clean, but both the ground and the bedside table have long hair. Breakfast is relatively simple, but it is quite mouthful. There is no parking lot and it is a very small hotel. Double rooms can not be used for extra beds, you need to choose a triple room. I finally know that Istanbul is full of gold. The bathroom in the double room is very small. The hotel does not allow laundry, everyone should pay attention to it.

Initially, I prefer small boutique hotels over large ones with international standards, it helps to immerse yourself in the local culture. Basileus hotel fully describes this type of place - vintage style decor make you feel like you are at grandma’s🤍 Btw, the hotel really surprised me with its low price for all amenities they provide! We’ve stayed for four nights,- cleaning was done every day, water was supplied free of charge. There is no elevator, but the kind receptionist helped us with our bags- many thanks to him🙏🏻 As for its location - it’s only in 10 mins from Hagia Sofia and other sightseeings; plenty of cozy restaurants and bars nearby.

If you're a germophobic like me, then this is the best hotel for you!! It's unbelievably clean! It's so clean I can't believe it's a hotel! They clean everyday and the their towels are so clean and soft. From the bottom of my heart I recommend this amazing hotel. The staff, the manager, the helper, the cleaning lady and the cook are so kind and nice and helpful beyond imagination. The free buffet is super yummy. ONE OF THE BEST HOTELS ever

Sultan Ahmed Mosque
A small family boutique hotel with traditional style. The first impression was great, the receptionist definitely tried to help with everything. The room is cozy, not all new but doesn’t matter. Small details and nice gestures, like the owner making me a cup of coffee to share after checking out, made my experience even better. Feels like home after only a few days! The location is great for all the attractions, 7mins walk from Agia Sofia. Breakfast is simple, not too much variety but in the hotel next door.
