I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. The location was convenient and close to many restaurants and attractions. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable, especially the bed which helped me sleep very well after a long day. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help with any questions. Check-in and check-out were both smooth and efficient. I also enjoyed the breakfast, which had a good variety of options and tasted fresh. The only minor downside was that the sound insulation could have been a little better at night, but it did not seriously affect my experience. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again in the future.

This morning during check-out, the front desk staff asked how we planned to get to the airport. We mentioned taking an Uber, but the staff member suggested arranging a hotel taxi instead, assuring us it would be the same price and much safer. We agreed to this. However, the experience was extremely concerning. The yellow taxi (number 34 TFH 39) arrived, and as soon as we boarded, we noticed the driver’s seat was pushed far back, leaving my son with almost no legroom. Despite politely asking the driver to adjust the seat, he refused. Throughout the 45-minute journey, the driver drove recklessly — maintaining speeds of around 120 km/h even when there was no traffic. He was smoking in the car, playing loud music, and even watching music videos while driving. When I asked him to slow down, he responded rudely, saying, “I’m a professional, I know — be quiet.” His behaviour made us feel unsafe and anxious, and it genuinely seemed as though he might have been under the influence of something. This was one of the most stressful taxi rides we’ve ever had. I’m very surprised that the hotel would describe their taxis as “safe.” Based on our experience, this was far from it — in fact, Uber would have been a much safer option. Although our stay at the hotel itself was pleasant, this taxi experience has left us deeply disappointed and shaken. I hope the management will look into this matter seriously to prevent it from happening to other guests.

The room size was decent, and the bathroom looked quite clean. The front desk service was good, and the location is excellent, right next to the airport shuttle, which is perfect for travelers with early morning flights. Breakfast was alright, I guess, considering the price, and you can only expect so much from a continental breakfast.

This hotel is relatively new, and the rooms aren't worn out. However, they are very small, and there's no coffee table in the room, making it difficult to even enjoy a cup of tea properly. The soundproofing is terrible! The bathroom is super compact! The staff are polite and helpful with recommendations. It's a 7-minute walk to the metro, with supermarkets, takeout options (pizza, kebabs, pide), and restaurants nearby. Breakfast is a 4 out of 5; it lacks good coffee, and the hot food selection is almost the same every day, but you won't go hungry. Freshly squeezed juice is available for an extra charge.

Not bad, not far from the old airport, not far from istanbul expo center, there is a university nearby, just like in the back door food street of the university, the whole street is a restaurant. Eat a lot. The hotel itself is not bad. The restaurant is on the first floor and has a garden.

The hotel was nice, and the front desk staff were great. It was very clean and definitely a hotel I'd return to. The prices on Trip.com were also better. I'd recommend this hotel.

The hotel is very good, it takes 25-30 minutes by car from the airport to the hotel. The hotel has friendly staff, the rooms are spacious and clean, the linen is new, the mattresses are comfortable. The buffet is varied: breakfast and dinner. The hotel offers several types of massage (massage therapists work perfectly). There are several pools, they are all very clean and everything is clean and tidy around the pools, there was live music on Saturday and Sunday.

This hotel offers great value for money in Istanbul. It's a 10-minute walk to the metro station, and there's a bus stop right across the street. The soundproofing is excellent; outside noise barely penetrates the rooms. Breakfast is varied and plentiful, the overall atmosphere is pleasant, and housekeeping is prompt. It's particularly well-suited for business travelers.

First of all, the location is beautiful, with a view of the Golden Horn. The hotel has a clean and meticulous team, a sufficient and varied breakfast, and the staff are attentive and friendly. Our only drawback, which I would appreciate it if you would accept as constructive criticism, is that the parking lot organization could be improved; it's better than most hotels. Good work!

This is a wonderful hotel. It's a little bit dated, but the staff really make you feel at home. The managers are excellent, remembering not just the guests but also their preferences. There's a good selection at breakfast, and in addition to the buffet, they'll make you an omelet or fried eggs to order. One of the hotel's unique features is that they even serve you breakfast on your arrival day. You won't eat much, but a cup of coffee or perfectly brewed Turkish tea is fantastic. The WiFi is good. The hotel itself is in a calm, quiet area, yet it's close to a central metro line, a tram line, and the Marmaray station. There are plenty of cafes nearby for any budget. Plus, it's an easy walk to the main attractions and ferry terminals.
