We stayed there last week of August 22 and encountered a number of issues. Firstly, our room wasn't ready the first night and we were given to separate rooms which split our family up. I wasn't happy about this but we had no choice. What was alarming that during our stay, I observed atleast 5 other families having similar issue as you can't help not noticing people complaining when you walk past reception. I think this is a scam by the hotel as they encourage the booking, take the money then the first night you not in the room you paid for. Also the photos on booking.com is a complete lie. The room we stayed in did not look anything like what was portrayed on the site. We booked two double beds but one of them is a sofa bed! Not comfortable and we did raise this but hotel couldn't care less. They couldn't offer us another room so we had no choice to accept it. Moving on, the stay itself was pleasant enough. Breakfast was decent (but orange juice is cordial!), swimming pools sauna steam rooms were great. There is also a huge jacuzzi bath which was nice. Hotel is located 10 mins walk to grand bazaar and 5 mins walk to nearest tram. Cleanliness is poor. I would rate 2 out of 5. Cleaner was in and out like a flash. Didn't do floor etc. I looked under bed and dust has been collecting for months and not cleaned. Overall ok hotel but expensive for the service we encountered. Would I return? Probably not unless hotel can improve its cleanliness and customer service. I should have been offered some sort of refund for the first night and the sofa bed.

The hotel is very good but don't trust the photos of the site ... All is clean and well-designed, but the decor is not as luxurious and careful. The reception hall is pleasant, but the rest of the common areas is not so careful, including the restaurant (which serves breakfast) which is not francly welcome. The rooms are very comfortable and modern, quite quiet, the small bathrooms are well, the staff is helpful, we have been welcomed. The location is the very good place to me, in the centre of Fatih, everything is near and can be walked (Grand Bazar, mosques, spice market, etc.). The breakfast was presented as all made bases (Covid measures), satisfactory but not exceptional. The hotel is very comfortable and comfortable and the hotel is very comfortable and comfortable.

Mr. Melih, nice opportunity to meet you. I would like to thank you for the kind reception and hospitality. It was an excellent experience choosing to stay with you in this wonderfully clean, comfortable, quiet and orderly hotel. The reception staff and the housekeeping staff were very thoughtful, courteous and respectful. In short, everything was great about the hotel. I wish you and the hotel family success and continuity in providing all that is special to the hotel residents. This hotel will definitely be my first choice in any next visit to Istanbul. The truth is that I was 3 nights. They gave me a small room, the paper was removed from the wall by moisture, the bed was sticked almost to TV and a furniture with no-stop lamp around ... With regard to the bathroom, say the cup was sticked to the washroom, The hotel is very comfortable and a kind of small shower where you move with difficulty, and that weighs not more than 70 kg. The service a little ”antipathic” and in relation to food, I emphasise that coffee (in a four-star hotel) was served in carton vessels; in addition the covers had to check them because they were always dirty ... The only positive thing is that it is You'll be very well in the city connections.

A small boutique hotel close to the most important sights and attractions of Istanbul, small but comfortable rooms (very comfortable beds, air conditioning), good breakfasts, excellent service very good speaking in I. The hotel is an ideal base for the ”old city” to Grand Bazaar a few minutes on the feet of one of the main streets of Istanbul.

I stayed at this hotel for 4 days during my quick holiday in Istanbul. Here is my first impression: What I liked: - good location. close to the city center and close to the public transport - good breakfast - the hotel has a pool and a sauna in the basement - the hotel is very clean and the service is good. What I didn't like: - the Wifi network is a complete disaster. If you stay at this hotel, you can simply forget about internet. The speen was so horrendously slow that I gave up and went to nearby restaurants to use the wifi - the bed wasn't confortable. The mattress is bouncing too much. - the pool has so much chlorine that you can't swim for more than 1-2 min.
