The hotel location is near the zoo with free parking . We have reserved a room with giraffe theme . Kids friendly. How ever , the staff is poor in English . And not helpful and kind . They turnoff the light without information when a kids playing inside the playhouse . It turn out my kid fall down and get hurt .

從來沒有這麽覺得一家酒店差，一千六港幣兩人，一房連早晚餐，說實在也不平宜，地段很好，重點就是來動物園跟大室山。 飯店都是樓梯就算了，還不能寄存行理，是所有來的人都自駕嗎？？？？叫我們到旁邊的動物園寄投幣式的行理櫃，我地28寸的行理箱根本放不下。 退房是早上10點，我們要怎拿著行理上大室山？？？ 晚餐主菜只有牛，送的紅酒就算了，畢竟是送的，不喝酒就是白浪費了。 問題是，世界上不吃牛的這麼多，我說能不能換成其他什麼都好，他們說沒準備，不能換，問題供應晚餐的動物園隔壁的餐廳，當晚還有兒童餐 是有炸蝦子之類的，他們直接建議不吃牛的還可以吃前菜跟甜品？？？晚餐就是要吃的熱食呀？ 垃圾飯店，帶行理的自遊行別選，沒吃食顧忌跟自駕的可以，畢竟地段是真的好。

大室山下的帳篷，衞生間洗手間淋浴都在室外不遠的地方。帳篷外還有一個燒烤的棚子，可以拉擋風簾做成封閉的。適合一家人自家燒烤體驗露營地。酒店的早餐晚餐都要提前預約，不預約沒得吃，衹有泡麪…… 酒店就在大室山腳下，駕車3公里才有便利店，衹適合自駕。我們到的晚，打車上山又打車下山，非常不划算。 建議4月以後自駕遊。

整個旅館是動物園主題的，是隔壁動物園的官方旅館，佈置非常用心，房間很可愛，寶寶非常喜歡。有三個私湯温泉，門口掛牌子無人即可進入。住宿贈送動物園門票、公園門票和一個花園門票，都很值得一去

特別滿意～房間很乾凈整潔，還特別新，購買仙人掌動物園票還打折，前台小哥哥幫忙拎行李，晚上泡温泉的池子很大很舒服，裏面好多動物的抱枕很可愛，很驚喜安靜的酒店
