Booked the largest room—a 10-tatami mat suite! Mainly because the ocean view is gorgeous. Facilities are just average, and it took me a while to find the toilet. Plus, I noticed some room types don't even have private bathrooms. Didn't get to try the hot springs either.

Pros: 1. Very close to Ito Station, just a 5-minute walk. 2. The older gentleman at the front desk had excellent service, patiently introducing and answering questions. We opted for no room cleaning, and new toiletries were delivered to our door the next day, which was a great touch. 3. The sea view was beautiful. On the night of the 1st, the moonlight was bright, sparkling on the sea – absolutely stunning. All the weariness from the day's travel instantly dissipated. Areas for improvement, in my opinion: 1. The room was a bit old, with peeling paint on the ceiling. 2. The air conditioning temperature couldn't be adjusted, stuck at 23 degrees Celsius, which made it a little chilly at night. My personal feelings: I originally thought I wouldn't get used to sleeping on a Japanese tatami mat, but it was surprisingly comfortable. Combined with the Japanese-style room and the beautiful sea view, it was very relaxing. Coming back to pick up my luggage on the evening of checkout day, the pink sky made it really hard to leave. It's a shame my itinerary was too rushed, and I didn't get to experience the hotel's hot spring, nor did I get to enjoy a hot spring bath with a sea view. I'll definitely do it next time if I get the chance. Izu, Ito, I'll be back!

Loved it! Will definitely book this hotel again next time I'm here. Unbeatable value for money, great views, and a super convenient location. It's really close to the station, right by the sea, and you can even book the rooftop onsen with amazing views.

This is a scenic room with good value for money. There's also a paid open-air hot spring, but I don't think it's necessary unless the weather is exceptionally good. The room is very large and spacious, and the environment is also nice. It's very close to the station, highly recommended.

I was planning to watch the fireworks in Atami, but it was too expensive. So, I opted for Ito instead, which also has a direct bus to Mount Omuro, making this hotel a convenient choice. It was excellent! The location is superb; you can watch the sunrise directly from the ocean view rooms, and the beach is right outside the hotel for swimming. The staff were mostly elderly folks, very patient and welcoming. I really love this type of Japanese-style hotel and have already recommended it to friends for their next trip here!

The hotel is a bit old, a common issue with older Japanese hotels. The front desk staff are all older folks, but their attitude is excellent. 1. Yukata, towels, and toiletries are all provided and free. The room has a bathtub, but for a hot spring bath, you need to go to a designated floor. It's great value for money, and the room is very spacious, making it cost-effective for multiple people. 2. The cleanliness is what you'd expect given its age; I went in with realistic expectations, as it's hard for old hotels to meet strict hygiene standards. 3. The location is excellent and convenient for transportation. It's very close to Ito Station, and you can take the first bus in the morning directly from the starting point to Mount Omuro. 4. The sea is right outside the window, so the view is fantastic! You can even watch the sunrise from your room.
