Nice hotel, clean room and nice staff. The receptionist forgot to check me in and they gave someone else my room. Luckily i came there when they were having a look at my room and i was able to find out what was going on. The girl who helped me was super nice and apologised. Not so close to the centre of paris unfortunately.

The hotel is new and clean. The room was large and has everything you need. There was a small kitchen with microwave oven, dishes and other kitchen items. Bed was comfortable. But the only problem is the location.

The pillows smelled funky as if they weren’t washed. The covers had stain. The bathroom smelled and the bathroom floor was dirty. The hallway to the room smelled even worse. Like most other hotels, they’ve done a good job renovating the lobby to get you in but once you take elevator to your floor and the unit, it’s a different story. Considering what they are charging for a night, expected a lot more.

overall, a great experience. rooms are spacious, clean, and affordable. my biggest issue was the distance from the main stuff to do in Paris if you’re mostly planning on doing the touristy things in Paris, stay somewhere else or expect an hour commute to and from every day.

It was the worst accommodating experience ever! We had booked 2 family rooms through Booking since February 2023 only to arrive last week and find out that there weren't any rooms for us and that the reservation appeared as "canceled" to them. Of course, we had shown the confirmed reservation number, but the two ignorant ladies in the reception desk did not seem to bother and check thoroughly . Instead, they told us that we had a problem and that we had to contact Booking because it was not their fault. After 2 hours of our effort to claim our rooms (we never found a contact number for Booking), they found an excuse and told us that they see the reservation now. Without apologizing for their rudeness and cold blooded as they were, they reassured us that we would get our rooms, but after 3 o clock when the check-in was. I told her that we would leave our baggage there and come back at night, so we needed to be sure that we would have rooms to stay. They reassured us. However, when we returned, there was another clueless receptionist for the night shift that again could not find the reservation, so we had to wait again 2 hours standing up exhausted after our trip , our kids almost fell asleep on the reception armchairs ! Finally when we demanded that he speak to the manager he told us that he was sleeping and that he wasn't himself an actual employee at this hotel, he was just covering the position at the reception desk for that day. He finally tried to give us rooms on the condition that we speak to the manager the following morning! He gave us keys that corresponded to double rooms and not family rooms for 4 times, and in the end he managed to give us a family room that had no pillows or blanket for the couch/bed for the kids. When I asked him to give me some, he gave me another key card of another room to go and take what I need from there. Our friends' families never got a family room, but they had to sleep separately in two double rooms! We felt so humiliated and angry of the way they handled the situation that we requested our money back from Booking . What I need to add is that the next day, the manager showed up and tried to fix things out , apologized, and got another family room for our friends. However, nothing can erase all the discomfort and inconvenience of the employees working there! They were the most unaccommodating and unhospitable , rude , ignorant and indifferent hotel employees we had ever seen tossing the problem to us and causing discomfort to our family and particularly to our kids whose trip abroad was the first one! A very bitter cold image of the hotel, of French people in general as it was our first contact with the people in the county! We would never recommend it, we definitely asked for a refund , the hotel is pretty far away from the center of Paris, it is not worth booking it anyway !

Booked with all taxes and charges included. When we arrived to check in there was another tax to pay. The lady at the front desk was told us to shut up when we questioned the additional charge, then ended up getting extremely frustrated, disturbing other customers experiences. She then got the manager over who continued to swear and walk away. When we eventually got sorted the lady at the front desk repeatedly called us liars and told us to go away. When we asked which room she pointed at the room key and told us to use our eyes. It was a shame because the room was clean, modern and good value for money but the abysmal customer service and lack of basic hospitality skills ruined what could have otherwise been a very nice stay

We have to walk from Charenton- ecole for 30minutes to get there. We were told it is the nearest station and within 1km to arrive. We needed to walk down the slope, cross the river not once but twice to get there. At the end we got to know the bus line 125&325 service between metro 7&8. The buses saved our days! It should be indicated into the hotel descriptions. We are family with babies and the need of baby bed was noted. Yet when we arrived (1 hr after given expected time), 2 staff were still setting up a simple foldable bed. We had two connecting twin rooms on the 7th floor. Can’t deny space is really gem in Paris. Yet we had spacious interior to accommodate a baby and a young child. Bathrooms have inconsistant number of chairs, shampoo/shower gel and soaps. One room has 4 towels the other has 2. Well, both twin room isn’t it? One with double bed the other has two single bed. We had one bathroom rack is broken. One bed head lamp totally not in place. Kitchen equipment not equal on both sides. No spatula for cooking. No bowls. Inconsistant number of utensils. No dish washing soap or sponge for cleaning. Ended up cleaning with hands only. There is no dishwasher too. Requested for sponge and soap, yet no one take our request seriously. We stayed 4 nights still nothing to clean. Fridge and microwave fully functional though. The floor is not so clean as staff walked in with shoes. Children has black dirty feet after venturing barefooted. Location cool for not visiting city centre of Paris. But if you are keen into hop-spotting landmarks here, this might not be the place for you. With children and family I would still be alert about the safety of this area. If lots of space and kitchen needed like us with young children, it is okay to stay a little further as we do not bar crawls at night. Most of the staff are not locals and could not manage our needs. Maybe they do not really understand French language or English. Management team need to catch up with hotel standards to sustain the attractiveness of this new establishment.
