Prices in Brussels can get very high, and since my company reimburses only up to a certain amount, it’s sometimes really hard for me to find adequate accommodation within budget. I only need a room for sleeping, so a clean place with a comfortable bed is all I’m looking for — and that’s exactly what I found at Hotel Sun. The room was very basic but clean. There’s no closet, just a small table and a bed, but that works perfectly fine for me. The bathroom was also quite small but fully functional. The highlight was definitely the breakfast — for just 5 euros, you get an excellent meal. Overall, this hotel offers great value for money, and I’ll definitely stay here again in the future.

The hotel has a friendly reception, but the hotel itself is in desperate need of a renovation. The elevator even felt unsafe and we took the stairs. However, the room was clean-ish and the sheets were clean, so for a couple of nights it was okay.

My room was very small and during the night I couldn't sleep because you could hear the people from the nearby rooms talking and snapping. The walls of the rooms are not well insulated acoustically. I give a few more stars just because it was the cheapest price.

I stayed at this hotel a short walk to Brussels'marvelous art museums(Old Master's,Fin de Siecle,Magritte,Bozart)for eight days. My room was simple,but clean.The breakfast was good (wonderful fresh croissants with coffee).The management and staff of this hostelry was very efficient and cordial.The Sun Hotel is not fancy,but staying at the Sun was very pleasant.

Probably the strongest advantage of the hotel is its close location to the city center. Everything is around 30 min walk from the hotel. Great for shorter stay, but staying there for a week has been too much and tiring. Nice receptionist, small, budget breakfasts. The neighborhood feels a bit unsafe in the evenings. Closest fast foods and stores 1-3 min walk from the hotel.

We stayed at the hotel in June 2023 for 1 night. I wanted to choose a hotel near the center to see Brussels on foot and slowly. A good area (this is important for Brussels), the main attractions are about 20 minutes on foot. The room was small but clean, the linen on the bed was fresh and clean towels. The bathroom has a small sink, toilet and a small shower stall. The toilet is closed with a fairly thin partition. The toilet was also clean. There is no air conditioner (as in many houses and hotels in Europe - they do not spoil the facades), we were given a well-functioning fan. Because the room is small - it was quite enough for us and it was comfortable. Breakfast is very European - rolls, baguette, cheese with ham, juice, cereal, coffee/tea and egg. For a European city hotel, just a great combination of price and quality. Definitely recommend!

J’ai séjourné une seule nuit suite à une soirée sur Bruxelles. Le prix bat toute concurrence si vous ne souhaitez que transiter le temps d’une nuit ou deux. Ma chambre était très propre et bien aérée à mon arrivée, le lit était confortable. Vous disposez d’un code wi fi et d’une télé. Bref, tout le nécessaire est mis à votre disposition.
