This executive apartment was perfect for five people. It had a large living room, a spacious kitchen, a balcony, and a very well-designed bathroom with two separate toilet rooms and one shower. Check-in was at the Renaissance Hotel next door. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to cook our own meals. Since there were five of us, we could even call the hotel to have someone make up the sofa bed at night. Luxembourg Square was right outside, and taking the airport shuttle was also very convenient.

This is a fully equipped serviced apartment with excellent amenities. I booked a one-bedroom apartment with a balcony, which was a lovely feature. It was nice to sit on the balcony and enjoy evening drinks.
However, the service was quite slow. On the first day, I requested a refill of the coffee pods, but no one delivered them. I called again the following day, but the request was still not fulfilled. It was only after my third call, when I pointed out that my previous requests had been ignored, that housekeeping finally delivered the coffee pods.
This experience is the reason I gave a low rating for the service. While the apartment itself was excellent, the responsiveness of the staff needs improvement.

The apartment's location was decent, but the facilities were a bit outdated. The fridge didn't have a freezer function, and the kitchen had an oven instead of a microwave. The air conditioning was very noisy, luckily it wasn't hot so I just turned it off.
Service was really poor. I stayed for seven days, and they only cleaned twice. The staff couldn't understand English at all; when I asked about the washing machine, they had no idea.
Check-out was at 11 AM, and at 11:10 AM someone was already knocking on the door to rush me out. I told them my ride would arrive in about 20 minutes and I'd leave as soon as it got here. Less than ten minutes later, the front desk called to rush me again, speaking in a very rude tone, telling me I had to leave immediately. I've never encountered a hotel like this before! 😢😢😢

Excellent hotel. We stayed in a two-room apartment. The room was newly renovated, and I got the feeling we were the first guests to stay there. New furniture, kitchen appliances, dishes, and TVs. Blackout curtains on all windows. A large balcony with a table and chairs. The linens were new and soft, and the pillows and mattresses were comfortable. It's a quiet and safe neighborhood, not far from the European Parliament and a train station with connections to the airport and Luxembourg. There's a grocery store about 300 meters from the hotel. The main square is a 20-25 minute walk away. Please note that the reception is located in the neighboring hotel. The staff were polite and attentive.

Very satisfied with the cleanliness. It's very close to the train station and in a quiet area. It's a one-bedroom apartment with plenty of space and a kitchen. There are laundry and drying machines in the building, and it offers great value for money. A very satisfying experience overall.

The space was ample. The kitchen was well-equipped with basic necessities, and the oven/microwave combo and dishwasher were very convenient. It was a bit tricky to figure out how to use everything at first since there were no instructions. We had to bring our own seasonings, but it was great to be able to cook. It's also convenient that we can check in at the hotel next door and request cleaning services. It would be even better if there was a washing machine.

The rooms at this hotel come with a fully equipped kitchen, including an induction hob, microwave, toaster, and dishwasher. They also provide pots, pans, and utensils, so you can easily buy groceries and prepare simple meals.
We booked a triple room this time, which was very spacious and had a nice balcony, which was a plus.
The hotel's location is quite convenient. It's about a 5-minute walk to Brussels-Luxembourg station and a slightly longer 10-minute walk to Troon metro station. The European Union headquarters are right next to Brussels-Luxembourg station, and there are several embassies nearby.
It takes about 20-30 minutes to walk to the Grand Place from the hotel. The walk itself is quite pleasant, with pretty buildings and parks along the way, so a city walk doesn't feel too long.
The only minor downside is that, perhaps because it's an apartment-style hotel, there's no mid-stay cleaning service (we stayed for two nights). On our second day, after we ran out of coffee, I called the front desk to ask for more coffee capsules. They said they'd send someone over, but after a long wait, no one showed up. Eventually, I managed to catch a cleaning staff member in the hallway and got the coffee from them. The responsiveness in this area definitely needs improvement.

The location is quite convenient. The hotel rooms are large and there are family rooms, which are suitable for families with children. The breakfast is good, but the bed is too hard. There is also a swimming pool. Overall, I am very satisfied.
