位置：距離市中心（鐘塔）/海邊有一定距離，步行需約半小時，但靠近電車（Gazi Bulvarı站）和火車/地鐵（M1線Besmane站），周邊商店/餐廳較多，出行還是比較方便
設施：設施設備較齊全，房間面積不錯，每日提供客房打掃服務；地下還有額外付費的泳池、按摩、阿拉伯浴室等
早餐：早餐種類比較豐富，有多種麪包/甜點/飲品/水果等
停車：酒店入口是教狹窄的小巷，衹能臨停。代客泊車，但是衹有1個工作人員，停車場距離酒店有一定距離，客人多時可能要等待一段時間，不甚方便
總得來説，除了停車不便以外，性價比還是比較高的
