The hotel is very new, with good facilities. There is a small bar downstairs. The breakfast is relatively simple. The location is a bit remote, but there is a subway station nearby. You can directly swipe your Visa card to take the subway to the city center.

I stayed only for 1 night for a business trip. The lobby had the colorful ibis styles decoration that gives a modern and stylish feeling. There was a very big car park (apart from the small one) next to the hotel, so parking was never be a problem at any time of the day. Suprisingly the hotel had room service and there were many options on the menu. Also the view was the best of that area. Thank you!

I was on a business trip to Izmir and decided to book this hotel due to its location close to the office. I booked directly (via Accor) and unfortunately, at the time of reservation, it was not possible to pay for the hotel online. I was arriving late into the night, on the 27th of September 2023, but since I checked that the front-desk was open 24/7, I decided it would be ok to be checked in after midnight. When I arrived to the front-desk around 1 AM, I was told that there is no room, as they cancelled the reservation. The email that I received stated that it was cancelled on my request, which, of course, was not true. The front-desk employee couldn't provide any reason, so we had to call the manager of the hotel. After some back and forth with very aggressive and impolite manager, it turned out that he arbitrary decided to cancel the reservation (and I would assume, sell this room for much more money to someone who gave him a good baksheesh). Throughout my 100+ nights with Accor Hotels, I have never had such an issue - which makes me assume that it was the manager of the hotel who had interest in selling this room to someone else. The front-desk employee was helpful looking for another hotel and arranging for a taxi for me, which was indeed a stark contrast with his manager, who was yelling on the phone that everything was not his problem. A few days later I was able to recover the workflow of the issue: While I was flying, around 9 PM, the hotel tried to authorise the payment (which was a little interesting, as they didn't do it during any of the days between reservation and the arrival date). The bank decided that the hotel was a scam (which typically happens when a company was reported as scam before) and cancelled the transaction. The manager used this as an excuse to cancel my reservation. There is no need to say, that the hotel didn't try to reach out via email or phone, they just cancelled the reservation. I later read on Google Reviews that this is not an uncommon thing - the manager of this hotel does this kind of things regularly. I would like to urge whoever is thinking about staying at this hotel, to stay elsewhere.

the staff was perfect and friendly spicily silin and delise .. the room was cozy and the bed was comfortable. housekeeping lady was very clean and friendly her name amina .. breakfast was delicious and fresh the location of the hotel perfect .. the lounge was cozy and the service was good.only one thing was Annoyed me to much there was noisy from the building near the hotel they wake up me from 9am morning was really noisy we can’t sleep but the hotel tried to make us happy because this thing out of there powered but they try to fix the problem.. iwill come back sure to this hotel but after The building is completing the construction and demolition process.

Beautiful hotel and even better staff. Currently at the ibis as I am having dental treatment in izmir, the hotel is beautiful, modern and clean. The shared spaces are lovely and comfortable and the restaurant is a great addition to the hotel. As for the staff they are so friendly and nothing is to much trouble, rooms are clean and cleaned everyday unless you don't want to be disturbed. The food at the restaurant and room service is excellent, good quality and very well priced. Overall I am so happy to recommend ibis, thank you to everyone for making my stay so great so far.

This hotel is absolutely fabulous for my reasons. The rooms are large and comfy with gorgeous huge beds with everything you would need for your stay. Fridges in rooms, fabulous big waterfall showers and balconies. The staff are so kind and as my daughter and i had surgery in Izmir it was so lovely to have such kind staff to bring us ice packs and anything else we needed. They gave us a late check out to 2pm and the maid even gave up her time so we could shower and five before we left for the airport. Thank you to Gokcen, Hek, and Selda for making our stay so lovely ...see you again x

My trip to Izmir and staying at the Ibis Style … not too good today with the restaurant service meal was really bad … here until the 15th this is the 2nd day hopefully the service will improve and I can give a better review … the staff are good but the communication between them is not great

First of all, I would like to thank Mr. Ahmet, Mr. Zafer and Ms. Başak for their interest and hospitality. On the day of the establishment, Mr. Hakki and the hotel staff helped with the establishment and we had no technical problems. On the first and second day of the course, everything went smoothly and ideally. I just didn't like the coffee break layout very much, and although Mr. Ahmet made an effort to provide support, it made us sad that the kitchen chef did not do what he was supposed to do in an ideal way. For example, instead of cutting the fruits and decorating them a bit, he put four or five fruits in the basket and it didn't look good. Everything else is very ideal and I think the most helpful hotel in Izmir is the Ibis Hotel.

I haven't stayed in such a bad hotel in a long time. We just returned to the hotel and room cleaning (804) had not been done yet (15:35). Housekeeping was at the door. When I reminded him of this, he said, "Your room is not the only room in the hotel." Right. The shampoo is a disgrace, 5th quality. There is no hanger for towels in the bathroom. No closets, open concept. An extremely poor quality hotel for us, two middle-aged doctor couples. Teenagers may not worry about these.

The most beautiful Ibis hotel we have stayed in. Everything was perfect from check in to check out time. The staff is very friendly, the rooms are spacious and hygienic, the breakfast is great, I can say that it is the best group hotel to stay from start to finish. We thank you for everything

I stayed for 1 night on December 13, 2022. People's general expectations from city hotels are clean and ergonomic beds/rooms and sterile bathrooms. Unfortunately, I had to take a shower with cold water in December. I was choosing chain hotels to avoid such simple problems, but this time I was disappointed.
