It is located next to Kultur Parki, which is the biggest park in Izmir (AFAIK), with plenty of cultural and sporting events happening all the time. It is within walking distance to the shore, Kordon, ferry piers, cafes and eateries. The owner and the staff go above and beyond to provide the best possible service. The room was clean, spacious, well-furnished and comfortable. The only thing that I couldn't comprehend was the bathroom doors - why are there glass, semi-transparent doors to the bathroom? Make sure you are comfortable with that before you book, or get in touch and enquire.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Jedoch sagen die Fotos bei ******* mehr,als die Unterkunft wirklich hergibt.
Der Zustand der Zimmer könnte und müsste überarbeitet werden.
Ebenso haben die Zimmer nicht,wie in ihrer zimmerbeschreibung aufgeführt,eine Kochnische.
Lediglich eine Küchenzeile mit Kühlschrank ist vorhanden.
Dies müsste ******* überarbeiten,da es ,wie bei mir,ausschlaggebend für die Buchung sein könnte.
Nichts desto trotz hat das Personal geholfen,wo es konnte und dafür war ich sehr dankbar.
