Very nice hotel with beautiful sea views from the rooms. If you get a chance, get the room with the private onsen on the balcony which is amazing. The public onsen also has an outdoor area with a great view of the sea. The staff were super friendly, helpful and I can only recommend this hotel. About 20 - 25 mins walk to the left of the hotel, you'll also have great views of Mt. Fuji if the weather is good.

The room faces Sunawa Bay, with a very good sea view. The nearest hot spring hotel after disembarking at Toi Port, the facilities are very comfortable. There is a coffee area in the lobby on the first floor of the hotel that is open at fixed times. This time, due to the New Year's Day holiday, I was unable to book a room with meals, which is a little regrettable. However, when entertaining and confirming information before check-in, they will provide nearby dining information and a map introduction to Izu. It is a hot spring hotel worth visiting.

The overall service is in place. The hotel facilities are a bit old, but the service staff is very friendly. The kaiseki cuisine in the evening is very exquisite, and you can choose Japanese or European breakfast. Coffee and drinks in the lobby are free, and the public hot spring is also very comfortable. If there's one thing I learned on this trip, it's not to believe in randomness. In the photos, all the rooms had open-air baths, but when I got there, none existed. I feel the price is a bit high for a room without an open-air bath. However, the staff were all very kind and it was a pleasant trip.

Stayed in a high-rise Japanese-style room with sea view. The room was really spacious. The sea view terrace had a view of Suruga Bay and the scenery was beautiful. The food in the restaurant is of good quality and the hotel staff are very attentive. But the only drawback is that the shower room is located outdoors. Since it was winter, I had to go to the large public bath to take a shower.

We booked a room with a hot spring pool, so we didn't have to go to the public hot spring at night. The hotel service was also very good. The receptionist was a very nice brother. Although we couldn't speak the language, he was still very enthusiastic to explain various matters. In the evening, I went to the 711 opposite to buy things and met the brother who was off work and greeted him. The sunset at the hotel is super beautiful, and Toi Port is just across the road. It is super convenient to take a boat to Shimizu, and you can also see the sea view on the boat!

An older hotel, a bit dated, but very clean. The private hot spring on the 7th floor has a pleasant sea view. The service was thoughtful. As soon as the car arrived at the door, someone came out to confirm the name, and another immediately moved the luggage to the room. The breakfast and dinner included were also quite unique, and the Japanese food was delicious.

The service staff has a very good attitude and is very considerate. They take the initiative to help guests bring their luggage to the room. They provide welcome refreshments. The room is tidy and faces the sea. The view is very good! I will come back if I have the chance. The only drawback is that I didn’t get dinner and breakfast reservations!
