The room is spacious! They provided a chair for elderly who cannot bend her knee in tatami. It was sweet. The food taste good! The onsen inside the room is big enough for 2 persons.nice!

The room was very large and the hotel also upgraded us to a room with its own hot spring ♨️👍 The breakfast and dinner were great, the ingredients were fresh and delicious, and the hotel staff were especially helpful and attentive. The next day, because it was raining, the hotel specially arranged a car to take us to Toi Port, which was really heartwarming. It was also the only hotel with the best value for money on this trip, and it is highly recommended.

Clean and sanitary, good service, good value for money, worth the boat ride from Shimizu. Breakfast and dinner are very rich. I feel that a five-year-old child does not need to order an additional children's meal (1500+2500 yen). The adults can't finish it. The Toi Gold Mine next to it is also very interesting.

The location is excellent. We took the Shinkansen from Tokyo to Shuzenji, then the W39 bus that winds up the mountain. The hotel is right on the road, and the bus stop is a minute away. The hotel is full of elderly people, and the two meals are very generous. However, the sun was up at 5:00 in the morning, making it impossible to sleep in. Breakfast was served at 8:30 at the latest, which was very frustrating. On the way back, we chose the nearby Toi Port 2000Yan cruise, which took 75 minutes to Shimizu Port across the street. Then we took the subway for 3 stops to the Shizuoka JR Shinkansen back to Tokyo. It was very smooth. Recommended

A traditional Japanese inn by the sea in Nishiizu, with an unbeatable sunset, delicious seafood-based meals with large portions, large rooms, and comfortable hot springs in the rooms. It's very cost-effective. The downside is that the service is a bit over the top. It is inconvenient to have to come out and prepare for meals in the room for 20 minutes. The service staff in the hotel are mostly elderly people who move slowly and have difficulty communicating.

Choose "Yu no Hanatei" because the room faces Suruga Bay. You can drink tea in the room, watch the sunrise and sunset over the sea, and fall asleep listening to the sound of the waves. The beach is not very good, but a few pink cherry trees are blooming on the sand. Except for a relatively young girl at the front desk who can speak a few words of English, most of the hotel staff are older and have an old-fashioned service style. It is quite comfortable. Whether you understand it or not, they will speak Japanese enthusiastically. The meals were different for two days, and there was a lot of sashimi for breakfast.

The room has its own open-air hot spring and you can see the sea. Because it is on the Nishi-Izu coast, the scenery is beautiful in the evening. We chose two meals and one night, and ordered children's meals for the children in advance. The portions were very large and we couldn't finish them at all. There was an old lady among the hotel staff. She brought the dishes up one by one and could communicate with us in English. You can choose your own yukata on the first floor of the hotel, and children are charged separately. The hotel is next to the Toi Gold Mine, where you can go and experience gold panning, which is very interesting. In addition, if you bring children, choose a double room and pay an additional 700 yen for the child to make the bed after arrival.

The service was 100 points. The grandma was so serious. She explained everything to us one by one and tried hard to communicate with us. The hot springs are also nice, and the view from the rooftop is also good. Not to mention the food, the portion size and variety were beyond my expectations and the price-performance ratio was very high. The only drawback is that the wind in Nishi-Izu is too strong in winter. . There was a hurricane howling all night, very noisy. People who sleep lightly are advised to choose with caution in winter. Or wear headphones. Points were deducted for the window sound insulation and the strong winds in winter.

It was better than expected. There was a grandma who spoke good English and was very patient. We booked two meals per stay. The dishes are different every day and unpredictable. They mainly focus on fish and there are many kinds. I don’t want to waste it, but I really can’t finish it.

Because of Japan's Golden Week holiday, the bus we'd planned to take back to the hotel that evening wasn't running, leaving us stranded at Lover's Restaurant, quite far from the hotel, around 6 PM. We called the hotel, and the guy who answered the phone immediately drove over to pick us up. The room we booked, with its own onsen, was incredibly relaxing. A 10/10 rating is a must!

The entire building is covered with tatami mats, even the bathroom, so after the sauna I was able to cool down leisurely on the tatami mats in the open-air bath. The food was delicious and filling, with dishes that were served to my room and I was able to relax and enjoy them all, which was great. As we made our reservation at the last minute, there were no vacancies and we weren't able to reserve a room with an open-air bath, but as there are only just under 40 rooms at full capacity, it was great that we had the large public bath almost to ourselves and were able to relax.

The female general apologized in various ways the next morning because her clothes were taken away by others in the bathhouse. ...all reflect the top service attitude; The sea view is OK and there are few tourists. The hotel has direct access to the coast. There are changing rooms, slippers, towels, etc. The water for washing outside after swimming is hot water! The meal was great! This is the best food quality among the 5 hotels on our trip, and we can feel the great care! There was no explanation in advance for each golden sea bream? The dinner portion was also very large, which was a pleasant surprise. This hotel is probably the most carefully run hotel I have ever stayed in, and I hope it will continue to be like this!
