The people were very friendly. Everything was clean. Even though the parking lot next to the hotel was full, the staff directed us to a different one close by, which was also free. Thanks a lot for the great stay.

風呂のお湯が最高温度にしても一向に 熱くならず温いまま冬本番というのに とても不愉快な思いをしました。 しかも、部屋にはフロントに繋がる電話の 設置も無い。 更に部屋内のユニットバスの入口が1段高い為 何回も踏み外しそうになり危ないです。 次の利用は有りません。 次の利用は有りません。

I stayed at this hotel to watch the cranes take off at sunrise at the Izumi Crane Observation Center. It was in front of the station and I was able to park my car next to the hotel. There were so many shampoo and other amenities that it was hard to choose. I was also able to watch YouTube in the room. I think it's pretty good for a business hotel.
