Excellent hotel, very clean rooms, excellent service, very kind and helpful, felt like home. The grounds are very beautiful, the onsen is relaxing. I liked everything.

The room is excellent and spacious, with the only drawback being the low doorways, so people taller than 175 cm might hit their foreheads. The bed is large and comfortable. The grounds are beautiful and well-kept. Dinner is kaiseki style, with many courses and a seasonal menu. Breakfast is one main course—in our case, fish—with lots of pickled vegetables, miso soup, and rice. The staff is very polite and attentive.

Great location, close to all the main attractions. Excellent service, they treat each guest like a personal guest. Dinner was fantastic, everything was delicious, they explained every dish and paid special attention throughout the meal! Thank you for the pleasure and harmony 😉

There are four buses that can pick up Izu Nagaoka Train Station in the afternoon, as shown in the last picture. It is very close to the train station, 5 minutes away. It is very quiet, with few rooms and beautiful environment. The food is really very good, and the breakfast and dinner are very rich. All services are OK, but the public hot spring pool is a bit small but there are few people, and the pools are separated by men and women. I feel that as long as the price is not too expensive, it is actually cost-effective. People with tattoos can enter the public large pool (but don't ask, it's not allowed if you ask).

The five-star hotel's facilities are subpar, and the service is even more annoying. I booked a room with breakfast and dinner included, but the meals were terrible on the first day and I basically skipped them on the second. The hot spring bath in the room made me itch after soaking. When I checked out, I asked the waiter to help with my luggage, but no one was there. I struggled to get my suitcase out myself. When I checked out, I told the waiter I had forgotten my room card in the room and had to go back to get it. It was a terrible stay.

There is a Japanese-style landscaped pavilion garden, which is very comfortable. The dinner is very rich. You can upgrade the breakfast to sea bream for an extra fee. There are indoor and outdoor hot springs, which are very comfortable. There are fireworks for sale in the lobby, and you can play with fireworks at the door of the hotel.

The hotel room was clean and there were hardly any people in the large bath, so I was able to use it freely and comfortably. In particular, the kaiseki was so delicious that I was so impressed that I wanted to bring my parents here! It's the best!
