Days Inn by Wyndham Jackson Downtown

Horrible experience. They gave a key to our room to another family who woke us up in the middle of the night then wanted ME to come to the lobby. They did not have breakfast although it was listed on the amenities. No soap in the bathroom

The sheets on the bed were stained. The bathroom was absolutely filthy, the toilet was dirty and there were hairs all over in the bathroom. I expected the property to be older but did not expect the room to be discusting.

I needed an ADA room because I am in a full leg cast. The room I paid for was ADA, but when I got to the room, the window did not have blinds or curtains, was street level and literally right next to the front entry. People could stand and easily look in the window. I expressed to the front desk that this was creepy and seemed unsafe (and bright, the parking lot lights!) so she moved me. The new room didn't have a shower so I was unable to safely get in it. The "breakfast" was tea, coffee or a packaged honey bun. Not even a random piece of fruit.

The property was neutral in its current condition and location. The so called breakfast includes only a Honey Bun and coffee, the hold on your credit card can exceed 7 to 10 days. Definitely much better Overall hotels in the area for the price point

This place was amazing soon as you open the doors to the lobby to check in you smell the freshest aroma of flower sents it’s beautifully decorated free continental breakfast safe area great attentive staff they great you as you come and go asking if everything satisfactory let them know if you need anything they deserve 10 stars this is how a guest should feel like they important and it matters that they have a great peaceful stay thank you for your great service I will stay there again over any hotels in that area

Property was pitiful. Garbage everywhere. Pool is not in use but it was full of brown water and Garbage. Room was very undesirable. Jacuzzi jets were not all working and water would not hold kept draining put. Definitely a one and done stay. This was a special occasion for my fiancee and myself. The only good thing about my stay was my company. They offer breakfast that was a joke. Honey buns and coffee. Definitely will not be back or recommended to anyone!

Perfect for a quick stay. Pretty quiet property with access to restaurants and gas stations around the corner. This was my second time staying there and pleased with my stay

When I checked in,the staff wanted me to deposit $50 dollars by credit card & I accepted. They should cancel the charging money of $50 immediately after my check out when they had no trouble in my room. But they didn't do any action about it during 10 days after checking out. I don't know why on earth they charged me and what happened in their system.
