Best Western Plus Jackson Downtown-Coliseum

Had stayed at this location multiple times before for surgery at UMMC the location is great and convenient but this time we had a bad experience it was noisy with people going in and out of rooms in the middle of the night with loud noise, banging and barking from dogs.we were highly disappointed

Everything was good and comfortable. They were out of pool towels. But the front desk person managed to find us a few. Breakfast staff were nice , friendly and helpful.

Stopped for a night while traveling through the area. Had issues with the gate and breakfast was less than impressive. Yogurt didn’t work, multiple things were empty or running low. Was told we could use ice for our small ice chest that we had with drinks and snacks for the road, which doesn’t make sense when they have ice machines on every floor. The side door stay propped open with a rock so property was never fully secure.

Breakfast was good. Neighborhood was marginal, the air conditioning unit was very loud! Woke me up during the night. The room was clean & staff was very nice,

I never eat hotel breakfasts, but it smelled good. The rooms inside condition was wonderful and freshly updated. The halls could use some updating. Needs new carpet and walls and doors painted. The staff was friendly and helpful. The parking area is fenced and gated for security which is a plus. Price was good and location to Jackson State was a plus.

From the outside, the building doesn't look as attractive but the interior is nice and newly renovated. The lobby us a bit small but looks neat. We were pleased with the cleanliness and color scheme design of our rooms. Also, the breakfast was fantastic! I had two servings and the coffee was just a much needed journey to heaven. Thank you so much for making our stay so comfortable and safe.

Yes, room some of the power outlet by bed is loose someone may get shocked or fire mazzards. Fix it before get too late

The receptionist was very kind very nice very helpful. Comfortable stay Great job team .

Nice hotel and very near the Trade Mart for our event. Staff and rooms were very good. The gated parking lot was especially appreciated and we felt extra safe. Will book again.
