Homewood Suites by Hilton Jackson Fondren Medical District

Booked for state track meet. Got to room late Sunday, the room was already paid for but had to do a 125.00 deposit(which they didn't inform me of), after checking into the room, the room wasn't really clean. There was vomit on the bathroom door, a little on the toilet, on the towel bar, on the floor, a pill on the floor. After check out I informed them and she told me that they were going to give me some points and let someone know, I haven't gotten any points and noone have reached out. I normally don't leave reviews but when people are not true to their words I don't like that. You can see some of it in the pictures I included

The hotel is nicely situated in Fondren, a nice neighbourhood in north Jackson. The suite was nicely appointed, though our shampoo dispenser was empty. The gym is fantastic. Staff were lovely. Breakfast was adequate, though complimentary.

Service outside of the hotel was to be desired. I only got great service at the waffle house and this hotel. Thank you for making our 1 night stay so lovely.

Front desk was AMAZING after a long day traveling was so nice to check in with such friendly ladies.

The hotel was clean and well kept up. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a nice assortment. Would definitely stay here again.

Place was clean, quiet and the staff very pleasant. If I ever find myself back in Mississippi I would definitely stay there. .

Our experience was great from check in to check out. We chose this hotel as it was literally a minute from UMMC Hospital. The room was spacious and clean. Bed was so comfy!

Newish hotel with adequate free parking. Spacious room with kitchenette. Comfortable bed. Breakfast range pretty good and well stocked. Woukd happily stay again if needed to be in the area.
