My wife and I stayed here overnight in June of 2023 while traveling. The location is convenient to the highway. The room was clean and had been recently remodeled. The free breakfast was good. We are satisfied with our stay and we would stay here again.

Hands down best breakfast so far on our trip. Many options. Comfortable bed and room temperature. Love BW soft pillows. Did have issue with shower water not staying hot and water does not drain properly. Beautiful foyer and breakfast area. Nice pool and fitness room.

We had nothing but problems with our stay. Problems that could have been rectified by an attentive staff, but most of the staff was dismissive and some down right rude. Room was stocked barely for a 1 night stay. We were here for 7 days. 2 towels, 1 wash cloth, no baking pan for the oven. Shower curtain was too short so water got all over the floor every time you took a shower. We asked for an extra blanket and pillow for the pull out couch. Had to ask 3 days in a row to get it. No hair dryer in the room. Asked for this over multiple days and NEVER received it. Asked for more than 1 bottle of the sample size shampoo and conditioner we were provided (we were here for 7 days). We were told they were out (?). No soap in the room (this was provided upon request. We were provided with extra towels when we asked. No housekeeping (although this may have been due to Covid, I am not sure). Our keys stopped working on a daily basis. Had to go down to get the reactivated. Believe it or not, we are not usually complainers, and can go with the flow. What got us was the attitude from the staff. They acted put out every time we asked about something. Some were rude. One lady explained how to not deactivate a key. We stay in hotels all the time, we knew how to not deactivate the keys. When we told her this, she literally repeated her lecture on how to not deactivate keys. One front desk person literally rolled his eyes at my traveling companion when she asked where to pay for stuff from the market. Finally on Day 4 we got a gentleman that seemed to know how to do customer service. He was the one (out of about 4) front desk associates that was friendly. He didn't solve our problems, but he did listen with some empathy. He told us they didn't have hair dryers (fine, thats not his fault). Also told us there was a problem with the keying system and they were working on it. Again, fine. It happens. He didn't act like its our fault, especially if its happening to others too. Lets see, what else.......One elevator broke, Fixed mid week, then other elevator broke. Pool closed down end of week (I'm sure they will say due to covid)- we specifically called and asked before we booked if pool was open, No mention that they were thinking about shutting it down. Found old pop cans under bed from previous guest. Couldn't sleep one night because room above us sounded like they were having a wrestling match above us. We complained to Marriott and got a standard response that the hotel GM would call us. Not surprisingly, we are still waiting on that phone call. I did give a star for the people at the breakfast area. They were fantastic. DJ on the weekend and a young man during the week. Friendly, out going. Perhaps you should consider putting them on the front desk because they are way better at customer service than your front desk employees. Also wish I would have gotten the one young man's name at the front desk. He always dressed in a 3 piece suit. He was fantastic.

Easy communication with the desk manager, Jason... who also looked after my cell phone that I inadvertently left on the desk. Room was clean and everything worked as it should. No hot breakfast and the coffee in the room was better than in the small cold breakfast area... but that's no big deal... went to iHop for breakfast anyway. Staff was nice, room was clean and everything worked... Thumbs up !
