I stayed at Hotel Jackson over Presidents Day weekend for the first time, and my stay was incredible. The hotel is in the heart of downtown Jackson, and my room looked out on the mountains so I could wake up and watch people take runs down the slopes. The service was impeccable. Every single day, housekeeping would not only turn my room back to the state I found it in on the first day, but they would go above and beyond, making sure each soap, water bottle, etc., was lined up all facing the same way, fixing so much as a crooked book. Aside from housekeeping, the rest of the staff was terrific. Every morning, one of the employees would take our ski boots and skis out to the shuttle and warm our shoes before we boarded the shuttle; when we came back from skiing, we used the hot tub. The hot tub can be rented out for a thirty-minute session. We loved that there were sessions because it prevented things from getting too crowded and provided such a relaxing experience after a long day of skiing. The restaurant, Figs, served a delicious breakfast, and our dinners and drinks were fabulous! The figs biscuit sandwich with freshly squeezed orange juice was our go-to breakfast meal! When we come back to Jackson Hole next, we certainly plan on staying at Hotel Jackson! 10/10.
