Holiday Inn Express & Suites JACKSONVILLE-CAMP LEJEUNE AREA by IHG

Hotel was Very clean with friendly staff . The keys for the rooms kept getting turned off with only 1 key working at a time which I found odd considering it was 2 guests for the room. Breakfast was served nicely with lots of choices . Coffee offered throughout the day & late night.

The room was very clean, towels were better than fair quality shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided in pump bottles for convenience. We had a king sweet, the room was very spacious, enough for us to dance, have Christmas w our grandchildren and play w them on the floor. The pool is very clean, the breakfast buffet is amazing and best of all the staff are All friendly, helpful, accommodating and professional. We mostly had the pleasure of working with Annie who is just the best! Seriously, she's amazing. If you are looking for comfort, accommodations and cleanliness this is the hotel to stay in. They made us feel at right at home!

Clean rooms, very nice people working there, and a good breakfast with more options than you get at most other places. My only complaint is that the walls are paper thin. You can literally hear your neighbors having a normal volume conversation, so if you get rude neighbors who keep their 5 and 6 year old children up until 1am yelling, you might have a rough night. I'd stay there again, but I'd bring ear plugs.

The rooms, staff and breakfast were all excellent. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean. Everything worked as it should. The beds were very comfortable. Breakfast had multiple hot and cold options. The breakfast attendant did a great job keeping everything stocked and making sure everyone had what they needed.

The room was clean, most of the staff were helpful, the breakfast left much to be desired. It had been left in the chafing dish way to long, and had started to be rubbery.

Exceptional place to stay. The staff were very helpful. The location was nice located right across the street from Walmart and less than a block from that was Sam’s Club restaurants located really close. In fact there was a restaurant we walked to from the hotel and eat Mexican food. We enjoyed the complementary water swimming in the pool being that is winter time. It was nice that it was inside. About 30 minutes or so from the beach where we collected seashells. We’ve stayed another hotels in the area and this one surpasses all the other ones I would recommend this to anyone.

Privacy was invaded and housekeeping came in room before checkout time while sleeping

The room was big, clean, and comfortable! Complimentary water is available by the front desk.
