Staff was great! You can walk to restaurants. The room we were in was great, ocean view that was amazing, but it smelled like cat urine!

The hotel was nice and staff was friendly but I didn’t like losing 20 dollars for parking and not being able to get a spot in the lot , I ended up having to park on n the street.

THINK TWICE ON THIS ONE. OUR FLIGHT WAS DELAYED AND THE HOTEL HAD PLENTY OF ROOMS. THEY GAVE US 1 HOUR FOR LATE CHECK OUT WHEN AARP SAID WE COULD HAVE 3 HOURS, MOST HOTELS WOULD BE ACCOMADATING AND AT LEAST OFFER TO USE THE FACILITIES. NOT HERE.
PARKING- THEY WON'T SAY BUT THERE IS A FREE PARKING LOT ACROSS THE STREET BUT THEY TRY TO GET YOU TO PAY AN EXTRA $20 PER DAY FOR THEIR LOT WHICH IS ACTUALLY FARTURE AWAY.
POOL WAS CLOSED AND THIS WAS NOT KNOWN UNTIL WE HEARD THE VERY LOUD MACHINES ALL DAY.
IT WAS A TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT.

I loved this hotel, the staff go above and beyond. Its very clean and smells awesome. They have an awesome pool grotto. Nice hot tub, tiki bar, beachfront. 2 blocks away is a plaza and food everywhere. Breakfast was really good. Really enjoyed my stay and will stay again for sure.

Warning!!! You can expect a $20.37 parking charge which was not disclosed on your credit card. I could’ve parked directly across the street for nothing.

Location location location. Great pet friendly hotel with easy access to the powder white sands. Only hotel I’ll stay while in Jacksonville.

It was ok. A little older than ******* pictures. Breakfast was ok. Biscuits taste weird. Pool was dirty. Location was great!

Water pressure could have been better but overall would stay again. Friendly staff, check in and out online, pet friendly (had no issues with my belgian malinois being there), room key was my phone with rhe hikton app. Prices were pretty decent too. View was great of the ocean and had convenient acces to the beach, pool was pretty and their little inside store was stocked with snacks and drinks. Water pressure was fine, just not quite as high as im use to. Apart from that, exceptional stay and staff
