Hilton Jacksonville at Mayo Clinic

Overall the hotel was very nice. The only negative was the mattress. It was pretty uncomfortable in my opinion.

I had the pleasure of being checked in by a wonderful ambassador for Hilton, Harley. Her Customer Service skills were something straight out of an outstanding customer service training video! On my way out, I had the pleasure of meeting another Hilton ambassador, Monica. I am a business traveler, and I truly want to convey how incredibly genuine both of these ladies were. It’s what I refer to as “good old Customer Service” and that’s very hard to find these days.

Checkin was slow only because their systems were down due to internet being down. Everyone looking to checkin waited. However, the staff handled it with excellence and manually checked everyone in and walked us to our rooms. It truly was a technical issue that they had no control over. The rooms were very clean and comfortable.

Nice hotel, but disappointing service. I had to leave at 6:15 AM for an emergency and couldn't wait for the 6:30 breakfast I'd already paid for. I asked the attendant for just a coffee or a quick snack to go, but she refused and only gave me ice water. Not the best experience on a freezing cold morning!"

The rooms were not clean and housekeeping did not clean toilets nor the bathroom sink did not sweep the floors they just make the bed and that’s it

Friendly welcoming staff at the front desk and the restaurant! Immaculate! Comfy bedding and pillows!

The overall experience was excellent. The room was well maintained and clean. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. The experience was so positive that earlier today I booked a stay at a Hilton in the city of a conference I will be attending in the Spring.

Loved this hotel! Great location - friendly staff- yummy food and drinks at Coastal restaurant- hire and rooms are so nice and clean - pool and gym area were a plus! Coffee spot and shuttle also nice to have available.

The accommodations were comfortable. Our only "complaint' might be that there needed to be more staff at the front desk in the evening. Because we had an early morning medical appt. we knew we would not be able to have breakfast at the hotel, so we opted to purchase frozen sausage/egg biscuits the night before to heat up in our room. There was no staff at the store at that time and only one at the front desk. The line was 3 deep and we had to wait a long time to pay for these, as the one of the guests in front of us had a lengthy encounter at the desk. Perhaps a self-pay option would be helpful.
