Residence Inn Jacksonville Airport

Love everything about this place!!

Staff was wonder serfice was great i had leaft some some behind and front desk was able to retrieve it awesome location if you need to me by the Airport.

room was great size staff was good but the AC didnt work in our room was 83 the whole time

The staff need more training before being on their on. I was charged to many times Also the hotel charges $50 deposit for every night you stay Instead of charging you a one time fee.

The staff was very nice and helpful, rooms and grounds were very clean! Shuttle was on time. Just a terrific place to stay so close to the airport!!

When we checked in though our room was available we were told it would be an additional fee of 1/2 the cost of the room since it was 1:30 and check in was 3 PM. Obviously we left and when we returned the man at desk said he never heard of charging a customer if room was ready It was a very windy cold night on the 41st so turned heat on in room but it did not work. Temperature in room was 55 so turned everything off and room was 57 when we left and we were unable to shower. Let the Desk Clerk know when we came down for complimentary breakfast which also is a joke. DO NOT stay at this hotel and we were so surprised since it is a Marriptt

Overall, I had a great stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was also convenient, especially for the airport. The only downside was the noise near the outdoor pool and terrace area. During the day it was fine, but at night there was music playing continuously, which made it a bit difficult to sleep. Aside from that, everything else was excellent and I would still recommend this hotel.

They changed my reservation and my room location to a cheaper hotel. I

Room was clean, but had a minor odor. Staff was great very polite and helpful.
