The room was good…space around the beds was very tight. Front desk staff was either missing or asleep. The night gentleman was missing and the morning lady was sound asleep. That really doesn’t look good.

Everything was fine. Room was clean. Really like the phone app to enter. Did not like the 9:00 end time for weekday breakfast. I came out at 9:03 and everything was already taken up. When I asked they said 9:00 and it’s over. Didn’t even to offer to let me get the food that was sitting on the cart.

Pillows are way too soft. People 2 doors down from us left plates outside their door and it was there for 2 nights.

Hotel is clean, up to date. Quiet. You can walk to town center and tons of restaurants in walking distance.Lameka is great! Love her. Free breakfast. Gym is nice.

Such a nice location full of shopping options. This was a pit stop along my roadtrip and I got amazing rest during my stay. I would certainly come back.

I would give it a higher rating because it was super clean and I do love it when hotels do not have carpet in the rooms, and I get the minimalist concept and fine with it, but besides the rooms being small and no pool, the beds are horrible. I sleep in a lot of hotels and rarely complain about bed’s because your not always going to find a perfect mattress. But the bed was on a wooden platform and even tho I only weigh 130 every time I moved the mattress moved, the wood squeaked and it was unbelievably uncomfortable. I woke up with back pain and my husband hardly slept. My young sons bed from Ikea is quieter and more comfortable. If you don’t mind a hard mattress and a small room and no pool though, everything else is Great including super convenient location to restaurants and shops.

Great family stay pre-cruise. Hotel was modern, clean, and had everything we needed. Breakfast was a normal hotel spread. Area around the hotel literally has any shop or restaurant you want!
