Tru by Hilton Jacksonville St. Johns Town Center

It had breakfast, pool tables, and the staff checked on you regularly and asked if you needed anything. We felt safe and it was close to shopping, eating, and golf.

Has the feel of a budget European style hotel. Rooms are small but have all the essentials. No coffee in room but 24hr excellent coffee in the lobby. And the location is excellent across the street from the St John's Center.

Everything was great ! From front desk to staff. Room was very well put together. Down to the details. Of the added touch of a nice warm cookie!! Yum! Ty

Clean room, good location, good staff, decent breakfast with fresh made pancakes. The only negative was that I didn’t think the bed was that comfortable; it was a bit hard for my preference. But everything else was good.

Room was clean. Staff was courteous. Mattress was a little more firm than I like.

The lack of communication and sense of urgency of this hotel left me overly frustrated. First room I was given had a dirty bathroom worth hair standing water, and a creature. Requested a new room to be able to bathe my toddler and it was a nightmare to get anyone to help me. After several phone calls (and hours) and going back and forth between en ******* and the hotel, I was given another room temporarily to be able to bathe my kid.this bathroom’s toilet had feces smeared on the seat and although the shower was cleaner” there was still hair as well..front desk and management didn’t communicate change of rooms, staff was just confused…finally got a new room by the end of the day. Just overall uncomfortable. Lots of more in between that was the main for me. Also, don’t expect hot water for your tea. Left the hotel more exhausted than I arrived. Definitely will NEVER go back

Pros: clean, friendly staff, convenient breakfast, coffee in lobby, location Cons: bed was not very comfortable, almost got stuck in the elevator

The room was in good condition. The pros: Clean, nice tile floor, bathroom was clean as well. Cons: The bed was hard and uncomfortable. The pillows were not hotel quality. Additionally, the elevator got stuck and guests had to use the stairs, which is horrible when carrying luggage.

Staff was excellent at check in and rooms are very clean. Pool table in the lobby was a hit.
