Location was great! The view was Amazing! And the Food was Immpecable! My wings were cooked to perfection! Especially after enjoying a few delicious drinks made by Heather at the bar!

It was my first time staying at Hyatt. I thought it was a famous hotel and should be good, but I was actually quite disappointed with this hotel. The room facilities were not like a four-star hotel and the food in the hotel restaurant was even worse. Don't eat in the hotel restaurant.

Check out staff member was a bit rude. She rolled her eyes at me at one point. The rooms were just ok. The view was very nice of the river.

Everything stood out! From the warm reception from the receptionist to the whole stay. Ty he staff were amazing, the room was perfect.

Location is good if youre going to a concert or show. But the hotel was old & dated. The room smelt STRONG of mold! Extremely strong. The mini fridge did not work. The shower took about 10 minutes to get warm. Also, They assigned us a room when we arrived & when we entered, there were people aleady staying in it. I would not stay here again, mostly because of the intense smell of mold.
