Who was dirty, leaves hadn’t been cleaned from pool. Staff wasn’t helpful seemed as though every time we asked a question. It was a conflict our booking included breakfast but we get to the hotel and they wanted to charge us $10 per person per day. The Internet gets knocked out for two full days. Every time we asked about it it seemed as though our questions were perceived as hostile and the employees responded

It was the hotel we stayed at during a short weekend in Jacksonville while on a business trip in Florida. The location was great and the place was quiet. There weren’t any major downsides.
