Southbank Hotel Jacksonville Riverwalk

The hotel was clean and the staff was very helpful and professional. I was there for a conference. The conference room was adequate for the amount of people that attended . The Hotel was conveniently located close to downtown and the river. Unfortunately, This year the hotel was under construction. However it did not stop the conference from continuing. We had an amazing time and if they have it there again I can’t wait to see the construction completed. It looks like it’s going to be an wonderful addition.

Hotel is a construction site. Common ways are in desperate need of refurbishment along with the rooms. Wouldn’t have booked this hotel had we known.

Clean and comfortable. While the location was convenient for us it did seem to be in an area with a lot of police activity. Otherwise it was very good

It’s a good hotel. We stayed in a king room with partial river view. The room was not big.., but it was comfortable. Good amenities in the bathroom. Good “a la carte breakfast”..! We took 30 minutes from the hotel to the Everbank Stadium (Jaguars game) by foot. The hotel has a cozy bar at the lobby. I’d stay again..!!

While the hotel location and cleanliness were exceptional I will say the check in process needs a LOT of work.

It is a beautiful facility and our room was no exception with very comfy beds (and pillows). All of the service we required and received during our visit was timely and offered with a smile. Breakfast was excellent as were the drinks in the lobby bar!!!

We have stayed at this hotel many times. The service has always been friendly and the hotel is clean and relaxing.

Such a nice hotel, it's so peaceful. That restaurant downstairs is very tasty and fun!

They need to upgrade so you can charge your phone
