Excellent service - kudos to Miss Mary at the front desk who quickly exchanged our used towels for fresh ones and replenish hot water canister when needed for hot beverage
Loved the 24/7 coffee and hot coco available in lobby
Great hot breakfast, all staff helpful and friendly

One of the worst stays I’ve had at a TRU hotel. People in their cars blasting music until 2 am. Smelly pillows and a general dingy feel to the room.

They have a really nice vibe going on there. The place is welcoming, comfy, and kind of “playful” with many shapes in furniture and interesting and useful designs and inviting colors. I loved the design in both its style and its usefulness.

We had several rooms as we all traveled to Jacksonville for a funeral. We even held a luncheon in the conference room. Staff was wonderful. Breakfast great and 24 coffee bar in lobby awesome! Easy parking. Right off hwy and close to dining, gas, and shopping.

I’ve stayed at this hotel 3 times for business over the last 6 months. Comfortable and clean but the best part is the exceptional service! The whole team is very friendly and responsive but Mary at the front desk is the best! The service is truly the reason I keep coming back to this hotel 😀

Mattress was terrible, water softener was so bad bad had to take 45 minute shower to get the soap off
