"The hotel is well-located, and the service was decent. However, we noticed some black marks on the walls, and there was a fly in the room when we checked in. These issues slightly detracted from our overall experience. On a positive note, my child loved the bathtub, and we enjoyed the view of mountains and a pagoda right across. "This time, I stayed at Hangzhou Chengbei Wenlan Hotel. From check-in to smooth check-out, every detail showed the hotel's professionalism and care. Whether it is hardware facilities, room cleanliness, or the service attitude of employees, the overall experience is full marks! As soon as we entered the door, the reception staff's service was very meticulous and thoughtful. Not only did they take the initiative to help open the door and take the luggage, but they also kindly introduced the surrounding geographical location and local characteristics on the way to our room, which made us feel very cordial. They also provided practical guides such as small maps for playing, which was very considerate. The breakfast service is also commendable. The waiter was warm and thoughtful, took the initiative to ask about our dietary preferences, and patiently introduced the daily special dishes. The breakfast variety was rich and the combination was reasonable. The overall experience was very satisfactory. The check-in process at the front desk was efficient and professional. The geographical location is also very ideal, close to the subway station and commercial district, and travel, dining and shopping are very convenient. There are many delicious foods in the Joy City next door, especially a hot pot restaurant is highly recommended. The hotel also has Starbucks, a gym and a swimming pool. It is very satisfying to eat and exercise. This stay brought great surprise and satisfaction. Hangzhou Chengbei Wenlan Hotel performed very well in service details and staff quality. It was a perfect experience beyond expectations. Next time I come to Hangzhou, I will still choose this place!"

"This is a very unique B&B. I found a temporary place to rest while hiking Jiuxi with my friends. I didn't expect it to exceed my expectations. I was very satisfied with the layout of the room. The large floor-to-ceiling windows let the sunset shine into the room, which was very cozy. The sanitation was also very clean, and there were no dead corners. It was really comfortable to fall asleep to the sound of cicadas at night. It's a good choice to come to Jiuxi this season. The Qiantang River is about 100 meters away, and it's very comfortable to take a walk in the evening. The star lights in the courtyard light up at night, which is very atmospheric. If I wasn't rushing back to work, I would have liked to stay a few more days. It's really good and highly recommended."

"We had a super comfortable stay at Yagu! We were so reluctant to check out. The room was clean and elegant, and the service was incredibly thoughtful! I forgot my contact lens solution, and the front desk staff went above and beyond to help me out. The breakfast was rich and varied, and the hotel offers complimentary travel photography. They have a great selection of outfits, and the makeup artist was very considerate, providing hair accessories and light makeup. The photographer was very patient, and we loved all the pictures. We added a lot of extra photos, and they captured wonderful memories for us. We'll definitely go back if we get the chance!"

"Very friendly and attentive staff. No English but made due with translator app which worked just fine. Old and dated decor but good location. Was looking forward to four workouts in the gym and the swimming pool while on a business trip. Chose this hotel specifically for its indoor swimming pool and gym. Would have stayed elsewhere in the area otherwise. That said, the pool and gym turned out to be public and couldn't be used at all as there was kids' swimming going on every time I went - tried on 4 separate occasions and every time the gym equipment was occupied by a dozen sleeping or relaxing parents and grandparents playing on their phones while waiting for their kids' swimming lessons to end. I was also told that the treadmills were out of order. The listing on Trip.com should be updated. It shouldn't be listed as a having an indoor hotel pool and gym as it's not only outside and adjacent in a different building with no direct access from the hotel, it's also a public facility and not accessible to hotel guests if swimming lessons are going on."

"The best choice for relaxing on a business trip! The room has a separate office area and e-sports area, and you can switch to the game mode seamlessly after the meeting. High-speed WiFi is stable even for video conferencing, and the cleaning staff changes the ice silk cushion of the gaming chair every day, which is a plus. It is only a 10-minute drive from the company, and the king of cost-effectiveness."

"Staying in the West Lake Scenic Area in Hangzhou was an absolute delight! The environment is simply beautiful; it truly felt like living in a forest 🪴. The air is incredibly fresh, which instantly put me in a fantastic mood! Nearby, you'll find attractions such as Nanping Hill ⛰️, Leifeng Pagoda, Prince Bay Park, and the China Academy of Art. Most importantly, it's just a short walk to West Lake, perfect for a leisurely stroll or watching the sunset! My overall experience at Yuhuangshan Manor was exceptional. Upon check-in, I was immediately offered water, a thoughtful and welcoming touch that made me feel very comfortable. There's also a charming little garden downstairs, perfect for an after-dinner stroll. The hotel is completely enveloped by lush greenery, which created a truly serene and pleasant atmosphere. The surroundings are beautiful and remarkably quiet. I particularly appreciated the subtle ambient lighting by the bed – a thoughtful detail that helped me drift off to sleep very quickly. The service was also impeccable and attentive, truly reinforcing the idea that a comfortable stay and good mood are what truly matter. 🥰 Taking a taxi to nearby restaurants or shopping areas was quick and easy, which was another big plus for me!"
