"The hotel itself is great – the room amenities, breakfast, and service were all excellent. I booked a twin room and enjoyed the light show on the two buildings at night. The transportation is super convenient; just tens of meters to the left, right, or straight ahead from the exit, you'll find Huangpu Road metro station. If you walk about ten minutes to the left and back, you can try some breakfast at Shanhaiguan Road; I had a soda bun there, which was pretty good. Walking a short distance to the right, you'll reach ***** Xintiandi, which is great for shopping and dining. The only thing to consider when staying at this hotel is the soundproofing. There's a railway nearby, and it seems to be more than just the subway, as the subway stops operating before 12 AM. However, after midnight, there's a constant whistling sound of trains passing by, and it's incredibly frequent, almost every minute. What I dread most is hearing talking or flushing sounds, but this hotel didn't have those issues. The train noise was tolerable, but it still felt a bit disruptive. So, if you're sensitive to noise, you might want to reconsider this hotel."

"Everything was so beautiful about our trip, especially the employees and the way they helped with everything! I would fully recommend visiting. However a few things to note, seems like the outdoor swimming pool is never open or open in specific times. Also the indoor swimming pool you MUST wear a swimming cap, we just wanted to do some casual swimming but they wouldn’t let us without a cap which is a shame really as this was one of the reasons we visited this specific hotel and we didn’t get to use either swimming pool. Also there isn’t an actual “bar” but there are comfortable seats where you can order alcohol in the main lobby but not really a bar. Only one of the restaurants was open in the evening. Overall would stay again if the amenities are sorted. Also, don’t copy and paste the local address on the APP as it takes you to the wrong location and had to take another 30 minute taxi!!"
