"This hotel truly illuminated my trip to Incheon! From its prime location and comfortable facilities to its thoughtful service, everything was impeccable – a real gem in the Songdo area. The location is an absolute plus. It's just a 2-minute walk from Exit 4 of Incheon National University Station on Subway Line 1, and only two subway stops from Lotte Outlets, making daily travel convenient and efficient. Even better, the airport limousine bus drops you off nearby, so even with luggage straight from the plane, checking in is a breeze, which is especially friendly for tourists. Right across from the hotel is Lotte Mart, and there's a convenience store on the first floor, so you don't need to go far for late-night snacks or daily necessities. The surrounding commercial center also boasts numerous restaurants, so dining and shopping are right at your doorstep. The room's comfort and practicality far exceeded expectations. The space is bright and spacious, with rooms starting from 320 square feet, complemented by excellent soundproofing that completely blocks out external noise, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The bedding is soft and skin-friendly, and the bathroom is well-appointed with a separate wet and dry area and a full set of toiletries, making for a very comfortable stay. The floor-to-ceiling windows in some rooms are a highlight, offering stunning views of Central Park and Songdo's beautiful scenery – lush green during the day and sparkling with lights at night, a truly spectacular visual experience. The free Wi-Fi signal is stable, perfect for both work and sharing travel experiences. The service and amenities are also truly impressive. The 24-hour front desk staff are friendly and professional, quickly responding to requests like luggage storage or route inquiries, ensuring smooth communication throughout. The self-service breakfast offers a rich variety, balancing Korean and Western options to suit different dietary preferences, helping you start your day energized. The hotel's indoor and outdoor pools are a distinctive feature, allowing you to relax with a swim anytime during your trip. Other facilities like the gym, sauna, and free parking are also comprehensive, catering to both business travelers and family vacations. The minor drawbacks are that the hotel doesn't provide free drinking water, and toothbrushes and toothpaste need to be purchased separately. Some guests also mentioned that the breakfast options remained the same for several consecutive days. However, these small imperfections are overshadowed by the hotel's convenient location, comfortable environment, and thoughtful service. I will definitely prioritize staying here on my next visit to Incheon!"

"We arrived late in the evening, and there was no one at the reception desk. We couldn't do the self-service check-in, but literally five seconds later, an operator connected to us and helped us complete everything in one minute. It was impressive and very convenient. The hotel itself is small and very nice, with parking. There's a kitchen with ingredients on the ground floor; we used this a few times and were very pleased. The room itself is small, but it was cleaned daily and fresh towels were provided. We also tried the spa located on the lower floors. A very friendly receptionist explained everything and helped us book the spa. We were very pleased. The hotel's location is super convenient, with access to two different metro lines and a huge palace with a garden nearby. We highly recommend it. The room and the floor were always quiet, and I would definitely recommend this place to my friends."

"Location wise, it was perfect. Just a few minute walk from one of the major subway stations in Seoul. Felt quite safe returning late at night. But the room furniture is showing signs of wear and tear. The mattress was beginning to sink. The lighting was too dim. Even in the broad daylight, the room remained dark. The uploaded photo of the bathroom area is lot brighter than it actually was. It was supposed to be non-smoking, but smoke order lingered in the toilet room – had to spray it with Febreze when using the toilet. Had a major issue with the room key card multiple times. The front desk staff gave various reasons as to why the door wouldn’t open. It was finally fixed after the third time of total inconvenience and frustration. Totally unacceptable. The only redeeming part of this stay was the lovely housekeeping staff who went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure everything was clean and well provided for in a timely manner."

"The lighting in the hotel was quite poor — the lobby and elevator areas were very dim at night. The overall cleanliness of the room was okay, though it tended to smell a bit if the air conditioning wasn’t kept on consistently. There was also no microwave or utensils provided, which made things a little inconvenient. One positive aspect, however, was the convenient location."

"We stayed at this hotel for 5 nights and had a pleasant stay. We were just looking for a reasonably priced and clean room that is conveniently located near Seoul Station and this hotel ticked all the right boxes in this regard. The closest underground station is Sungshim Women's University that is 5 minutes walk from the hotel. We stayed in a room with a double bed and a single bed that was fine but the bathroom is a bit small. Room was cleaned and toiletries replenished every day that was good. Breakfast is included as a guest and yes, it is limited and basic but at least they offer breakfast. Service overall was fine, if lacking in enthusiasm somewhat."

It was extremely stressful as it was raining and there was NOBODY to help with luggages as taxi drops off at the curb which is about 5 meters from the door and LOBBY was up on 2nd floor!! No coffee provided in room on top of other amenities. They only had korean electricity plug  points in the room."

"Delight Hotel Jamsil review: First of all, the location was perfect. The hotel is situated right in the middle of a food street, which made it super convenient to find meals anytime. It’s also close to Lotte Mall, the department store, Lotte World, and even a nice walking park — all within walking distance. I’d definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting for a short stay, especially those traveling with children. The room was spacious and comfortable, which was a big plus. The only downside was that some of the staff weren’t as polite or friendly as I expected. Other than that, everything else was great!"

"This hotel is fantastic. It really felt luxurious to me, despite the price! It was clean, spacious, easy to find and the staff were friendly. It’s located super close to a couple of metro stations and a mainline train station. Just on the other side of the road are multiple convenience stores too! I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Seoul"

"I stayed here for two nights to rest after a long trip around Japan, and it turned out to be a great choice. The spacious, modern design made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. I spent a cozy weekend watching Resident Playbook on the in-room TV while enjoying fried chicken and ramyeon—such a happy and peaceful time. I also really loved the lobby. It had a sleek, elegant design and provided useful amenities like a microwave and hot water dispenser. There were several convenience stores nearby—turn right and you’ll find one, turn left and you’ll see two more. It’s also not far from both the bus stops and Yeoksam Station. You can even walk to the building where Woo Young-woo worked! I actually went and took a photo while waiting for check-in. I’d definitely consider staying at this hotel again in the future! Oh, a couple of small downsides: - It was spring, and the rooftop wasn’t open yet. - The showerhead placement felt awkward—it was difficult to adjust the angle, so the water didn’t quite hit where I needed it to. A bit tricky when showering."
