"We enjoyed our stay of 4 nights at this resort. We a superior room at a complex of 2 floors, ours was at the ground floor. Room was comfort, clean and quiet. The resort in a very large area, a lot of trees, vegetation and ponds, all perfectly maintained. There are 2 swimming pools, the main swimming pool is near the beach. Breakfast was delicious with a big selection of thai and western food, the dinning area have and open view to the sea and the swimming pool. There is a big parking lot for the hotel guests."

"Overall it is good, but the location is a bit biased. Although there are places to eat and do massage, it is generally more expensive than Krabi or Ao Nang, but it is very quiet. There are so many monkeys, of course, you won't hurt if you don't mess with them. There is no Chinese service, the restaurant tastes reasonable, and of course I want to eat well. "The rooms are SriLanta resort were very lovely but the location being on top of a hill was problematic. It is not on the beach side of the road which the listing didn’t make clear. I didn’t stay for the duration as this wasn’t made clear. WiFi signal was poor in the room and the outside of the bungalows were way more run down than the pictures presented. Staff were friendly and helpful, although I’d recommend staying somewhere with more soul whilst on Lanta"

The first impression it gave us was luxurious and shocking! The most expensive room type of this hotel is unique on the same beach. In addition, even if you book a normal room, you can also enjoy the beautiful public swimming pool. What doesn't match its expensive price, however, is its service. Except for the proprietress, other staff, including the hotel front desk and restaurant waiters, could not communicate in English normally, which caused a lot of inconvenience during the check-in process. Regardless of the room type, even the 4,000-night villa pool room does not have any welcome fruit, or any other value-added services or small items to give you the feeling of a ”VIP”. The cleaning service of the room is not timely, it is embarrassing to always clean when the guests are there! And the cleaning is relatively sloppy, the table is not wiped... In addition, the breakfast buffet is mainly bread and eggs for Westerners, but there is no cheese, no cold cuts, and even jam and yogurt only have one flavor. "I can genuinely recommend this hotel. We enjoyed everything. Yes, the grounds are huge and not entirely manicured yet – it seems they're still working on it. The bungalow isn't new, but it's very charming and comfortable. Our room was cleaned well, and the beach is pristine with stunning sunsets. There aren't many sun loungers, though. We didn't include breakfast in our stay, but I took a look and tried some – it's very simple and unpretentious, but not bad either. The service was good, and all the staff were polite. I rented a scooter from the hotel, and they provided a brand new Yamaha Fazzio. Koh Lanta is definitely worth seeing, and this hotel will allow you to do so in comfort!"

"I had an amazing stay at the brand-new Phumala Lanta Seaview Resort! The bungalows are unique, built on stilts amidst lush greenery, with a magical view over the treetops and the coast. Staying here feels like being in a small fairytale, with comfortable beds, modern air conditioning, and a lovely terrace featuring both a bathtub and sun loungers. Between the bungalows, charming lighting in the trees creates a special and cozy atmosphere in the evenings. If any challenges arise, the staff and owner are incredibly attentive and resolve everything quickly and efficiently. The service is truly top-notch! The resort is just a 5-7 minute walk from a beautiful and peaceful beach, and shops and restaurants are also nearby. Across the road, Pad Thai Rock n Roll serves absolutely amazing food, and their staff is incredibly friendly – a must-visit during your stay. I enjoyed my stay so much that I extended it from four to nine nights. Note that the hotel shares its reception with Bakantiang Resort, so make sure to mention this to your taxi driver to find the correct location. Highly recommended!"

"We had a Sunset Villa and were very satisfied. Breakfast was good, although a bit noisy and a bit cafeteria-like. Various types of toast, 4 different fresh fruits, pancakes, eggs, bacon, etc. Was good for us for 4 nights. In the resort you could also have a good meal on the beach in the evening. We ate at The Sisters on the street for 2 days. Simply great."
