Our beach is safer for kids due to no cars allowed on the beach in front of our house all year around!! Large deck on the ground floor and on the main level with plenty of seating and an additional top-floor deck are the perfect setting to enjoy the beautiful unobstructed view and listen to the peaceful sound of the waves. House has plenty of windows with unobstructed ocean views. Both floors have a high ceiling which is a rare find for beach houses and will give you the breezy feel even inside. The whole first floor has hardwood flooring, the second floor master bedroom has luxury vinyl plank flooring (installed Oct 2021), with hardwood staircase connecting the two floors. No carpet in house! The master suite on the top floor has its own deck boasting the highest ocean views in the neighborhood. The master suite has a king-sized bed and a twin bed. The master bathroom has a double vanity, walk-in shower, and a jet tub with ocean view.The downstairs main floor has two spacious bedrooms that are separated by a full bathroom. The ground floor has easy access to a car-free walking path to the beach; in fact, the beach access is just outside the driveway! The walking path is sandy and does not require you to navigate through grasses.
