"I wanted a hotel that would be close to airport in order to catch an early flight the next day and reasonably priced. I had just arrived back from cruise so I wouldn’t be able to check-in until 4pm. However, I explained my situation and they were able to accommodate me with an early check-in. However, there was an additional charge but I didn’t mind. Cruises arrived around 8 am so I was happy with getting a room to relax. Staff was very nice and professional. Front desk, bartenders and cleaning staff. I would definitely recommend this location."

"The hotel is in the heart of South Beach, and the location is superb. The swimming pool is awesome, facing the beach. The room is either facing the swimming pool or looking out to sea. High sea view room is recommended. The hotel is a well-known old building in the art deco district, and there are endless groups of thematic tourism groups in the hotel lobby. Although the rooms are not large, they are full of design and do not have the sound insulation problems common in old buildings. The shortcoming is breakfast: the restaurant is mainly for dinner parties, the quality of breakfast is very poor, and the waiter looks at you to get the voucher. "The room is very large and the environment is very good. The toiletries are Spain Nature Biss . I booked the first night on Trip.com. I booked the second night on the official website. It was a double breakfast and a package for playing. When I checked in, I had two different orders for two nights. I didn’t need to change the room. Just one time, the result was that at noon the next day, I received a bank short message and deducted more than 400 dollars in pre-authorization. I asked Trip.com to ask the hotel. I thought I was going to continue to deduct my one-night room rate, but the amount was cheaper than the first night booked by Trip.com. Go to the front desk to explain the situation and ask them to refund me and say that they have taken it. After the pre-authorization, I checked out for two nights and asked the hotel to refund. I didn’t say that I had refunded it for half a month. I returned to the country and called the bank. The pre-authorization was still frozen. I asked Trip.com to call the hotel. The hotel said that it was processed when I checked out, but now the pre-authorization is still frozen. I don’t know what to do. What a ghost!"

"Boulan South Beach – Honest Review I recently stayed at Boulan South Beach and overall had a great experience, with a few minor drawbacks. Positives: The location is fantastic—just one block from the beach and in a very walkable area surrounded by great restaurants and bars. The hotel itself offers solid amenities, including a small but relaxing rooftop pool with a bar. One of the highlights of my stay was dining at Orange Blossom, the on-site restaurant. The food was excellent, and I’d highly recommend checking it out even if you’re not staying at the hotel. The rooms are well-appointed, apartment-style suites that feel spacious and thoughtfully designed. I also appreciated how quiet the rooms were—perfect for getting a good night’s sleep after a day out. Negatives: That said, I was disappointed by the bed. The listing advertised a pillow-top mattress, but the bed was far from comfortable and fell short of our expectations. Also, for a room that otherwise felt luxurious, the lack of bathrobes was a small detail that would’ve really rounded out a luxurious experience. Additionally, while the room was clean, some of the design choices were lovely but weren’t the most practical for a hotel setting. The cloth-upholstered bed frame, while stylish, showed some staining—fabric furniture can be hard to keep looking fresh in a high-turnover “fun” environment. Similarly, the jute rug added visual texture but proves to be difficult to clean and showed signs of wear. Final Thoughts: Boulan South Beach is a solid choice if you’re looking for a stylish, well-located hotel in South Beach with great amenities and a quieter, more refined atmosphere. Just be aware of a few comfort and design trade-offs. It really is too bad, because Boulan is excellent on so many things and I would 100% go back and definitely recommend this hotel to others… However, the bed quality really brought down the overall appeal. If they can improve that one aspect, this would easily be a top-tier stay in South Beach."
