An absolutely avoidable place to visit. I was more keen to give it a 1 star but then I gave this extra star, just because they are maintaining this Haveli which definitely requires extra effort, money, and patience. To start with, though they are "trying" there is a lot of scope and effort required to maintain it more appropriately. From my personal experience - Room Locks were not working and they couldn't fix that as well for the duration we were there. The bathroom door locks were broken again. The "Musical/puppet" show group was missing. When we enquired they mentioned that due to certain personal reasons of the group members, they have gone back to their village and there will be no perfor***ce, for next few days. So evening times were absolutely bland and boring. The food they are serving in their restaurant is very bad. Be it breakfast, Lunch, or dinner, you can definitely, give it a miss. The prices are also exorbitantly high. But then the worst part is there are no quality restaurants available outside this Haveli. So you will end up starving if you don't eat from their place. So in a nutshell, this Haveli is located in a remote area with no proper civic amenities. You have to be completely dependent on the Hotel and the options they are providing for everything, which is not worth the money we are paying. We visited this place with the assumption that this is "presumably" a 5-star rated property, but I was utterly disappointed, with my assumption.
