I had been to all Zostels in Rajasthan and been in Jaipur for a day only here I met a fab girl as community manager Surabhi who made all the difference during my stay she quickly walked up to me to check howz my experience and after knowing I am on solo trip she offered a bike ride plan as I was on bike and evening party, we both went for crazy bike ride and had visited Amer fort , Nahargarh and unknown but fab sun set place in Dera Amer, it was followed by further city drive local dishes and partying with other Zostelers at Townsend and Chimney. This girl is really a fab company who made my Sunday really beautiful. Also I can’t thank much to Taufiq and Shubhangi to ensure I have place to stay as most of the hostels were running full….. I stayed little over than I actually planned for. I appreciate that the team here can actually create an experience with in such a short time, I had to leave really early so couldn’t stay here further. Highly recommend this Hostel for a comfortable and yet rocking place to stay if you are in Jaipur

Place is alright, it has seen better days. Could definitely do with a fresh coat of paint. We shared a room with 4 other girls and it was fun to get to know people from different parts of the country. Places like zostel are mainly for the budget conscious, we were hardly there except to sleep in the night the rest of the days we were there was mainly for exploring the places and seeing the sights in Jaipur.

Zostel is basically a Hostel+Hotel, but don’t compare it with the hostels in abroad.. Every hostel according to the respective place has different vibe.. Jaipur hostel is decent experience… Very budget friendly and located in the hearth of the city, but don’t expect a 2 or 3 star hotel experience out of it. Hawa Male, City palace are hardly on 5 Min walking distance. Albert Hall museum is 7/8 Min with Auto or bike. Amer or Amber Fort, Nahargarh, Jaigarh Fort are also within the range of 10 to 15 Km only. Main Market of Jaipur is just beside zostel So location of this place is outstanding, you will save lot of money on travel. Pros - Location Budget Friendly Decent clean and good stay Common area and smoking area are lively You can meet young people and people from different places background etc.. Cons - Not so professional attitude at reception Not a relaxing experience Food and service is okay okay If you are habituated of Hotel experience then its not a place for you No view from room Aesthetics of room and overall place is okay, not so great So, if you are backpacker kind of traveller, then its a good budget friendly place for you.. if you are a hotel type of traveller you can adjust here no issues.. But if you are on a trip to relax.. then its not a place for you.. *** During all the three days… I still don’t know who is on reception? How is for room service or who actually manages the place.. I will suggest Zostel Jaipur to be slightly welcoming on that front.. *** There is rental bike service (not managed by Zostel but posted on the hostel wall).. Bike is a very cool option for Amer, Nahargarh, Jaigarh fort, also for the city exploration.. BUT PLZ MAKE SURE THE QUALITY OF BIKE… These are unmaintained bikes, though his service is good, he hopes you but it is not so easy experience..

This was the worst zostel experience i had. The property is not maintained properly, the lights were flickering, the flush in the washroom wasn’t working, shower wasn’t working. It doesn’t do justice to the ‘zostel’ brand. I was told to stay at moustache zostel, but i chose this over that and regret it. We stayed in the 6 bed dorm, it was nothing like they advertised in the pictures, we were shown a completely different room. It is false advertising. The washroom were yuck. Seriously, this was my worst zostel experience till date.

Zostel has always been a great stay. Zostel Jaipur was no less. People I met here were super amazing. Would like to mention the staff and volunteers of this hostel, you guys are doing amazing job honestly. Not to forget the community manager Surbhi Bansal, she made it possible for me to make as many friends I can. She conducted club nights, fort views, sunset dinners and what not. Because of her my this trip experience went to next level. She also made sure everyone is well taken care of in hostel. To summarize my stay was SUPERB!! Would love for to visit again soon. @Surbhi, I need you in my next visit too✌🏻

We enjoyed our stay a lot thanks to Surbhi for involving us in various activities, she is a gem ＜3 It was fun overall. Me and my friends has an amazing time. And the location of the place is really good.

Had a wonderful stay .Honestly it was my best zostel experience. Special thanks to Surbhi Bansal for making our trip so memorable,she took full care of the fact that we visit each and every place and enjoy to the fullest,also met some really amazing people ,hope to come again.

Had an amazing stay at zostel jaipur, enjoyed a lot, made lots of new friends. Special thanks to Surbhi Bansal she was very passionate about making sure that everyone enjoy their stay and feel welcomed. She was always active and because of her we went to many amazing places like G club saw Nahargarh fort’s masmerizing sunset and what not. Will relish this experience for life!

Me and my friends did a mini Rajasthan trip and stayed in various hostels in different cities but my personal experience was best at Zostel Jaipur. First of all- the location is brilliant. City Palace and Hawa mahal are at walking distance and all the amazing bazaars are also walkable. The staff at Zostel was friendly and the premises were clean and well maintained. They have common areas for chilling where I met a lot of cool people. Oh the best part- when we got there, we were greeted by Surabhi and she was so friendly and warm. She made us feel at ease instantly. She had also organized a night out at a very cool club and made sure we got there and had a great experience. I would definitely stay here again if not for the place then for the people here :)

My first solo travel was a memorable one all thanks to Zostel Jaipur. Clean rooms, working areas, wifi at all times - no problem at all for your workation. Jeet and Shivangi - the property managers - were very friendly and welcoming. There are regular activities, meetups, treks and you can suggest your own as well. The best combination of a professional and friendly environment. I extended my stay by almost a week. You're sure to meet some amazing people here if you plan your trip around a festival/event.

It was my first trip and honestly I felt so welcoming at Jaipur Zostel by Jeet and Shivangi. This place serves a very comforting environment for not only solo travelers like me but to groups and families too. Common area brought us all together and now we all are a small family. I highly recommend for a stay at Zostel Jaipur.

With my first solo trip to Jaipur, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in the Zostel. Great hosts, good food, very warm hospitality, met really some amazing people here. Located in the main city, you can reach all the tourist points either by walking or by rick.

Loved the hospitality, food and fellow travelers. Met some amazing people with whom we shared stories, danced, travelled and discussed the world. Didn't realise we're meeting for the first time. BEST.
