Had a lovely stay at Umaid Haveli for 3 days and 2 nights. A special mention to Lalit from the restaurant for his exceptional hospitality. He was always kind, polite, and made sure we had a great dining experience. The food was delicious, and the service was excellent. Thank you, Lalit, for making our stay even more memorable. Highly recommended 👍

The hotel is beautifully crafted and decorated. Every wall and ceiling is painted with beautiful traditional Rajasthani designs. Our room was big and very neat and clean. The staff are very friendly. The hotel is conveniently located for those seeking easy access to the Amber (Amer) fort, but it is about 40 minutes away from the main city center in Jaipur. It is further away from the airport. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone if the distance from the airport is not a concern.

Rooms are often described as clean, spacious, and comfortable. And Heritage-style architecture and decor gives a pleasant traditional vibe.

Had a lovely stay in the Amer area at Umaid Haveli! The staff were all very friendly and helpful with any questions, and we booked a guided tour for the day with them. The restaurant was amazing and had a lovely inside all decorated for the holidays as well as an outdoor patio, which we enjoyed sitting at for breakfast and dinner. All wonderful food and the rooms were clean, well kept and relaxing!

Beautifully decorated in traditional Rajput manner, and very well maintained, the Umaid Haveli is a great heritage style experience, for a good value- a peaceful retreat from the din of the city ! The spacious rooms with four poster beds and lavish bay window seating are lovely. The breakfast buffet is very good, and offers a wide variety of dishes, including regional specials like methi parattha, and the delectable Rajasthani samosa, among others! Special mention must be made of Jugal Singh at the Restaurant, who was unfailingly cordial and helpful, all through our stay. A very enjoyable and memorable stay.

A fantastic place to stay and enjoy. We stayed here for two days during our company trip and had a memorable experience. The authentic food and cultural dance arranged by Umaid Haveli on our request added a special touch. Mr. Dinesh, who managed the food arrangements, was very cooperative and ensured everything was prepared according to our choices. Amazing food and a wonderful property!

We stayed here for a few days when staying in Jaipur, the facilities are great, they have 2 pools (both were ridiculously freezing!) pool table and table football and a few other things which our kids enjoyed, but we couldn’t swim due to how cold the water was. We ate in the restaurant and got extremely ill but the staff didn’t seem to acknowledge this much or do much for us and we couldn’t leave our room for 24 hours. The breakfast was limited, there could of been more choice but you could make do with some fruit and toast

The property is great also since it's located outside city limits is also serene , with great service by Mr Jugal singh , food is also very good the only thing being there could have been a wider variety of breakfast options

Located on the outskirts of Jaipur, Umaid Haveli- A Heritage Style Hotel & Resort is a perfect place for a family vacation. We stayed at this property for 4 nights and the experience was truly memorable. The property has been designed on a haveli theme, with intricate carvings and detailed paintwork. The waiting area near the reception is very cozy and is a perfect spot to wait for your transport to arrive. You can book your ride to the city and other sight seeing locations through the hotel or directly via Uber. Tip: One needs to negotiate with the cabs/autos as much as possible as the quoted rates are exorbitant to say the least. During your stay, you should definitely take out time and relax in the well maintained pools - one is a regular pool and the other is a rooftop infinity pool with great view of the surrounding area. They also have a play area equipped with a pool table, TT and a functional gym! The rooms are tastefully done, giving proper heritage vibes! The food is good and tasty, though the breakfast spread could do with a bit more variety/inclusion of local cuisine. Full marks on hygiene and food quality!👍 The staff is very polite, welcoming, and always ready to serve with a smile! Be it the security, reception, restaurant and other hotel staff all have a common objective, and that is to make the guests happy 😊. Notably, Mr.Dinesh and Mr.Nakat were very supportive and courteous throughout our stay. Umaid Haveli is highly recommended from my side to all fellow travellers.

Not guest friendly. House keeping staff is really rude. They even refused to provide extra pillow. Even they claim food is pure vegetarian but they cook veg food alongwith non veg food, in the same utensils, use the same cutlery... They refused even smallest of requests like providing of extra pillow, extra bed that too after charging for the same... Really bad..

They are really good host. FnB was included with my stay and they really did the best to serve delicious food to us. I really recommend trying FnB or having office parties here.........................thanks and kudos to umaid team the way handled team events
