The location is OK,not too far to the old town and not far to the fancy area. But outside the hotel is just the main road there is no good restaurant nearby so need to Uber to everywhere. Service is quite good, room is slightly old but overall the facilities is OK. We also use the car hiring service from the hotel the price is not bad at all and the Spas price at hotel also super friendly
Overall satisfied
El haveli es hermoso. Gran experiencia para nuestro viaje. Nunca olvidaré este lugar.

One of the many heritage hotels in India, this one is located in Jaipur just outside the pink city. Very warm and accomodating staff. Complete amenities and centrally located to many tourist attractions…wonderful
Response from Property: Dear Guest, Thank you so much for your kind words. They mean a lot to us. We are glad you enjoyed our hospitality and food. We look forward to seeing you again soon.

Alsisar Haveli is a true oasis in the busy streets of Jaipur. The architecture is brilliant and the space inside the rooms as well as at the common places make up for a very comfortable stay. The food is amazing and the pool is relaxing. I would say that the spa could have been better. But a superb choice in Jaipur !

We spent three nights here and really enjoyed ourselves. The location was excellent for exploring Jaipur and the sight and it is very relaxing to have drinks in the courtyard by the pool. . The only real negative I could see in this hotel is upon arrival. Three gentlemen watched us unload our bags from the car and never offered to help. When we got inside to the reception, it was not warm and welcoming. Very straightforward our room was very nice albeit a little funky, but that did not distract from enjoying our time there. Note: there are only stairs and no elevator which didn’t matter to us. All in all, a very nice visit, and we found a relaxing place to come to after wandering around in the heat for most of the day.

Stayed for 2 nights whilst on a tour. The hotel is centrally located but once inside the gates it is an oasis of calm. We were lucky enough to stay in a top floor room with a huge shared roof terrace with views over the city. The communal areas are tastefully decorated and very sumptious. The buffets had a good selection and were replenished as required. The dining room was stunning with a huge chandelier. We spent a few hours lazing by the pool with drinks from the bar. All the staff were professional and welcoming. I would happily stay here again.

Really loved our 2 night stay here. It is a lovely oasis in hectic wonderful Jaipur. Pool and sun lounge area wonderful. As is the pool bar. Spa massage has sorted an aching neck. Lovely ladies in the spa. All male restaurant staff have a twinkle behind their possibly stern initial presentation. The food is varied enough to provide quality. Breakfast again enough choice and fab omelette. No lift 2 floors but staff will carry bags to rooms. Lovely music played by a welcoming gentleman. Expect mansion charm not luxury 5 star, gorgeous.

We stayed at Aasisar Haveli as a family during our time in Jaipur. Before arriving, we noticed the reviews were quite mixed, but we ended up really enjoying our stay. This is a heritage haveli property, so it’s very different from the modern chain hotels we stayed in elsewhere. The building itself has real charm, with traditional décor and lots of character. The layout is slightly quirky as you’d expect from an old mansion converted into a hotel, but that adds to the experience rather than taking away from it. The rooms were comfortable, though simpler and more basic than five-star properties. That said, they suited the style of the building well. On our first morning, there was an issue with the hot water, and we all ended up with cold showers. However, the staff were open and apologetic about the problem, explained what had happened, and had everything fully resolved by the following day. Breakfast was more limited than the larger hotels we stayed in, but the food provided was good quality. One thing that really stood out: our daughter accidentally left her shoes behind when we checked out. The hotel went to the effort of arranging for them to be sent on to us at a later stop on our trip, which we genuinely appreciated. Overall, if you’re looking for a modern luxury experience, this may not be it. But if you want character, heritage charm, and friendly service, this is a lovely option in Jaipur.

- Beautiful décor & ambience. - Mediocre shower facilities. - Sparking fan switch in room. - I could hear what I think was the resident dog calling out late at night.

We stayed for four nights this month in two rooms. The front courtyard and dining area have a pleasant, calm ambience. The rooms were average and showed some maintenance issues. A bathtub blockage was resolved after two days and repeated follow-ups, and there was a noticeable damp, musty smell in both the rooms and parts of the dining area. Our room was located at a corner near a flight of steps, and the area was poorly lit at night. Wi-Fi connectivity was limited for most of the stay. Breakfast options were adequate, though the juices served appeared to be canned rather than freshly prepared. The à la carte food for lunch and dinner was good. Service was inconsistent. While some staff appeared more attentive to certain guests, the restaurant manager and Mr Pawan were consistently courteous and followed instructions well. Overall, while the location is good and there are positive aspects to the property, improvements in maintenance and more consistent service would significantly enhance the guest experience.

Pros Close to lots of activity, but tucked away in an oasis of quiet. Architecture is lovely. Service is attentive. Room and bath of good size and comfort. Cons Avoid room 304, kitty corner to another room, thin walls. Empty space where there should have been a refrigerator. Empty space where there should have been a safe. Breakfast bountiful with choices, but not great ones and not tasty ones. Dinner was not very good. Still has an Internet problem.

This is a real Indian hotel with character. Good check in. Stairs to room. Old style India door lock. Nice rooms, definitely not a concrete jungle hotel. Clean and safe. Friendly staff. Bathroom water pressure great. Towels good. Bath products fine. Safe in room. Good lighting in room and good air con. Breakfast would be better if a choice of fruit juice and cereal. The rest was fine. Staff good. The breakfast/Dining room is absolutely amazing. Fit for Royalty . Local live music all the time. Nice pool. Good layout of the grounds. Only a few things which concerned me…. (1) The bar/pool area runs separate to the restaurant. Have to order with the correct staff and pay the correct people. This is silly as you are the same hotel (2) Wanted a glass of Indian Red OR white wine. 700 R on the menu. Said not available as out of stock BUT you can buy a full bottle!!!!!!! This is not showing a good standard of hospitality. Shame as 95% of our stay was brilliant. Would go back again.

This hotel reflects the architecture of the ancient times. The rooms are large, marbeld floors give you a cooling effect. Some of the rooms open to the courtyard. The high ceilings and light work provides an elegant touch. The only downside is that you have to climb the stairs to get to your room. This hotel does not have a lift The dining staff are friendly and always wanting you try various local cuisine. Particular mention to Shankar who made our dining experience great
