Zero, Burn the money if you have extra, do not stay here. It’s worst than the sleeping on a railway platform, trust me Indian Railways will platform are better to stay than here. I beg you .. do not stay here 🙏. Unclean bathrooms, seepage filled rooms , bugs all around, rude staff ( I saw ***y guests fighting over ***y issues). Please stay anywhere than here.

Great for Westerners. By far the best place we have stayed so far in India! Our group arrived in Jaipur with terrible fevers and stomach bugs. The facilities at were great for us to rest up, recover, with a nice restaurant and very helpful/friendly staff and room service. We left feeling better than when we arrived. If I come back to Jaipur, will stay here again!

I have stayed here previously and really enjoyed it so much I had to return. The spacious room and outdoor dining area are great, the friendly staff made the stay very nice. Such a homely feel about this property, it's unpretentious and comfortable

CATASTROPHIQUE ! J'ai souvent voyagé et j´ai rarement vu un établissement de ce standing aussi sale et délabré ! Je ne parlerais que de la chambre, mauvaise audeur de moisi, sol très sale, poussière partout, serviettes de bain usées avec des troues et des taches, chaise avec tissus usées et très tachés, toilette très sales avec chasse d'eau qui ne fonctionne pas, vieux climatiseur qui fesait un bruit de folie ! BREF, les photos de l´hôtel qui sont sur internet doivent être de l´epoque ou il était neuf! Nous avons réussi à nous faire remboursé la moitié du séjour avec difficulté, et sommes partis trouver un autre hôtel !!! E. Le Roy.

I did not expect this when i arrived here. such a beautiful location, scenery, all in traditional Rajasthan style , i felt very special to be here. the rooms so nice and clean, the staff very polite and helpfull in any request. good food, rooftop facilities, just extraordinary.

Very very worst experience!!! with this hotel ,😤😤😤😠🤬🤯 Fake people. Fake deals with fake picture. They show different room in picture and gave room having small bed without head no bed sheet no water even single pillow. NO T.V NO Wifi Running taps Plastic chairs Tea kettle not washed full of was in the bootam. When ask to provide the same the take 3 hours and the refuse to provide the same. Staff was not coperative. You only order food in morning 8 am lunch 2 pm or dinner 8pm you can't order before and after Sam time.

Photos are fake. Hotel is in broken condition. Cockroaches in washrooms. Broken uncleaned toilet seat. In the night, hotel staff sings vulgar songs making it difficult to sleep in the noise. The room is not worth more than 1000 rupees. Avoid if you are getting this room for more than 1500.

Please don't be fooled by the heritage outlook of the property. It is not a heritage hotel and has no comparison to a palace. It is nothing but an old haveli turned hotel. Our room was not as we imagined it when we booked it online. The photos make the place look like something it isn't. The room was shabby and not well maintained at all. Service: No toilet paper; hot water No cleaning services We had to ask for the toiletries and bed covers to be changed , towels, etc., were not provided, and hot water was not available Location: The location is also not great,.Even though Bani Park is in a central location in Jaipur , this place is inside a residential area, and there aren't ***y options within walking distance. This place is surrounded by houses. "The most shocking and disappointing thing was that we booked an auto suggested by the hotel ***ager for going around Jaipur. But instead of taking us to places we decided on, they took us to some random shop where they could make a commission, and when we objected and refused to go, they misbehaved with us." In short, I can say that it was not a pleasant experience, and the hotel is run by a group of ***** and rouges.

It is a nice property, good peaceful environment at Bani Park, amongst posh locations at Jaipur. Near Railway Station, Bus Stand, local transport easily assesible at Hotel gate. 2 Observations: 1) Food had hard oil smell, so be cautious while ordering paratha/ lentals/ vegetables & 2) Low on cleanliness, curtain & fan had dust accumulated. Service wise good, friendly staff. Overall satisfactory experience.
