Hotel and Restaurant were excellent for a family. Food at the restaurant was one of the best places we had eaten in India. Close by to the main sites in Jaisalmer. The people are very friendly and helpful

This has potential but is very badly run. The staff couldn't care less. The gentle*** at reception is rude and not accepting of faults. The bathroom are not properly cleaned and that is what we saw - what didn't we see behind the scenes? Breakfast was appalling and the staff were just hanging around and did not have a clue. Choice for a buffet was mean and very limited. I would have been better of going to a gurdwaras and having breakfast there

Wonderful Stay with Highly appriciated Hospitality. Well trained staff with friendly nature. Food was awesome. Resort with good ambience. We had good time with our office staff. we have so much fun in the resort.

It was very memorable stay at this hotel, hospitality was upto to date, staff was very co operative, a beautiful Heritage hotel with amazing location. Good place for family, friends. Overall 5* rating

Good property . Hotel approach road is horrible. You need to have your own car for transportation . By and larg local taxi car are charging very high to reach hear . No transport is available to go for outing from heard. Resort needs much improvement towards hospitality . Slow service .

A very poor experience for our Guest who stayed in Hotel Desert Palace, Jaisalmer. Guest experienced the below problems. Housekeeping staff not trained, Baggage misplaced and delayed for over 1 hour during check in. Lal Maas (Red Meat) undercooked and served to Guest. Guest fell sick after eating the food. Hotel bar staff too poor with hospitality. Accommodation poorly ***aged by Hotel Desert palace. We do not recommend this property to anyone.

WORST WORST WORST Firstly dont go on Pictures of hotel. I stayed in this hotel on 31st dec. the told me that we have rajasthani traditional event, Dj party also, and other events also. But on new year they r having very worst group of dance and dj party and also not enjoyfull. Even in dinner their chefs was using non-veg utensils in serving veg food. Even i Tandoor they are using same utensil in both Non-Veg and Veg preparation. They are charging a big amount for a new year eve which is totally wastage of money. Its totally not worth-it. Even they told us we have fire crackers event on 31st eve. But it was worst they was having crackers like our childrens burst more crackers on diwali or any other event. Worst stay on new year eve. If you want to waste your money. Then you can stay in this property.
